Fantastic experience: Very good gym with a good range of equipment and very friendly and welcoming people, I’d recommend PT Karl browett he is very helpful and has a good knowledge on a workout/technique side as well as on the nutritional side of things

Having trained with Karl for a while now, I feel confident that he puts the needs of his clients first. Fantastic experience: Definitely the best gym I’ve been to. Really nice atmosphere, lovely members so you don’t feel intimidated when you walk through the door and I love how spacious it is, so even when it’s busy it doesn’t feel it. All the PT’s are really friendly (not just saying that) they genuinely want you to do well and support you with your goals. I absolutely love Dave’s passion when he teaches and I’ve learnt a lot from him! Love that Vessy always pushes me to my max (I appreciate it after, maybe not at the time ha!). I really love Stu’s stretch class and love to hate Karl’s core class (only hate it ‘cause it kills, but he teaches you to do them properly) and Fionn is always smiling and happy to help and you can tell the manager Katie really takes pride in how clean the gym is kept (she’s always cleaning!). Keep on smashing it guys

Fantastic experience: I've been training here a while now whilst working away, this gym is always clean and kept to a high standard. The nicety about most gym group gyms is the continuity from one branch to another and this one maintains that to a high standard. I often train whilst Fionn is on shift, I must say he's been a highlight of this gym, always super friendly and always super helpful, an absolute credit to any gym environment.

Fantastic experience: Good gym, not massive but there is enough equipment for the most part. The staff are friendly and always looking to help. Not a massive parking area but again should be enough for most days.

Positive experience: 24hr access, great up to date equipment, lots of choice really good value for money. Will try the classes next.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and helpful staff, with great app. Water refilling station available, and a large variety of equipments and weights to choose from. Open 24/7, you can work out any time you are free. It tends to get busy during certain hours but overall, value for the price is worth it!

Fantastic experience: I’d highly recommend The Gym Group in Telford. This 24/7 gym offers a wide range of facilities in a clean open-plan setting. The equipment is always kept immaculate. All staff, PTs and members are very friendly and welcoming. Additionally, The Gym Group app has useful features including a total member capacity. This is a game changer. Overall, the gym offers everything you could want for a very good price.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym in Telford hands down, I been here from day 1 of opening, it is always clean and friendly, the weights are always where they should be, the organisation and neatness is 10/10 and all staff are very supportive, especially Stuart who will go that extra mile to help with your training and he always gives very good advice on best training techniques and goals on losing body fat.

Fantastic experience: The gym is a very warm and welcoming environment for all to ensure everyone can work to meet their own goals. I would highly recommend hiring a PT as I have - Stuart sets a great example for himself, all the other PTs and the gym itself. I thoroughly enjoy working with him and feel my progression has been wonderful under his guidance. I look forward to going every week!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of The Gym Group, Telford for about 6 months now having switched from another well known gym franchise. The facilities and equipment at this gym are excellent. Equipment is clean and well maintained, ensuring minimal downtime. The facility itself is well decorated and well looked after. The staff in the gym are friendly and on hand during normal working hours when needed to answer questions. The classes they offer are fun and convenient. Accessing the gym, booking classes and other elements of account management can all be undertaken using The Gym Group app. The gym has a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a cost effective gym membership.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, always a good atmosphere! We did have PT sessions for a while with Stu. He was brilliant, always pushing and motivating us to do our best as well as taking the time to teach us about nutrition. All the staff there are really friendly. Would recommend

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym! A very welcoming atmosphere - for someone who is body self conscious I don’t find it intimidating and plenty of areas where I don’t have to look in a mirror so definitely great for those who lack confidence. Not quite confident to hit the weights section yet but happy with the cardio equipment and all the super selections of classes provided. Staff are lovely, very welcoming and happy to chat with you during your visit. Fellow gym goers are also pleasant and it’s great to bond with regulars during classes. Harvi is a great asset to your gym, (don’t ever let him leave!) always friendly with a positive attitude towards everything he does and makes everyone smile even if you maybe going through a tough time! Always enjoy his classes as he makes the effort to get to know all individuals whether regulars or newbies so we all feel at ease, we can have a laugh but he also puts us through our paces and pushes us more when he absolutely knows our levels of fitness/strengths, which is great! For example providing different variety’s of workouts to suit all levels and providing extra weights with encouragement for those he knows can do more but maybe lacks the confidence to push themselves. Other staff members are great but I don’t get to experience their classes purely due to the times I can get to the gym. Always clean, excellent value for money with great facilities and the app is easy to use to book classes and to see when it’s most busy. My only minor issue which has been mentioned time and time again…. air conditioning during classes. It only works towards the mirror so no one feels the benefit of the air conditioning whilst we are working out. In the summer this will be a killer

Fantastic experience: It does have a nice mix of all the stuff i'm looking for at a gym right now. The main thing that set it apart was the atmosphere and showers. There are other gyms but they lacked in one of these two areas. The main thing i'm happy with the atmosphere is it's bright and colorful, it has this nice energy to it that doesn't feel like i'm in some dark hole. The showers are nice in comparison for what's around elsewhere. Pure gym might have been a contender but for dealing with the car park and still paying alittle each time regardless, the gym group telford is still better. I've been dealing with nice enthusiastic staff and they have been helpful to me when I'm going through my exercises. For now, this is the best gym in telford on all reasonable points

Fantastic experience: I have always been keen on keeping fit, since joining the gym it no longer feels like a chore, it’s like a second family. Recently starting PT with Derek I am becoming stronger by the day. I can not recommend him enough especially Thursday morning bootcamp!

As someone starting to get back into training it was really important for me to join a gym that felt friendly and supportive. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.Have to give a shout out to Derek..excellent PT, explains each excercise really well, makes sessions fun and interactive, Im aching in places I didnt know existed..but in a good way. good selection of classes and equipment. Only suggestion, showers need shelves so you can put your toiletries in reach!! Enjoying being back at a gym after 2 years away

Fantastic experience: Telford Gym group has a PT there called Dave Phillips, he's absolutely fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable & really tailors his approach to help you achieve your goals, I've really gained alot of confidence in the gym under his tutelage aswel as some noticeable gains.
