Fantastic experience: HANA gave me the thermal therapy recovery experience and wow I feel amazing, Ice bath made me feel alive and invigorated, I had a knot in my shoulder and Hana got it out not bother (Magis hands) Such a down to earth and lovely lassie, will defo be back. Will bring my samples next time I’m in.

Fantastic experience: The happiest place on earth! I never thought that going to the gym would be such an enjoyable experience! Staff couldn't do more to make me feel comfortable and supported. Some (cough - Jack - cough) are adamant that I push myself to meet my goals outside of the gym as well. Ross is an angel, stopping at nothing to make sure I meet my goals comfortably. I just wish I had the time to come down more often.

Negative experience: Was there a few years back, quite small and trainer Ross was more concerned with his own reflection than training others !

Fantastic experience: Great place for training. Loads of good equipment for powerlifting and cardio. Good size showers, sauna included in ticket price. Friendly staff and affordable prices. Fully recommend this place.
