Club One Fitness Fife

Fantastic experience: Have been going to club one fitness fife since march. The classes are amazing as are the instructers, everyone is friendly and help each other out. You should join and find out for yourself

Fantastic experience: Went in to have a look around and was surprised as to how big it was inside and what they have on offer as I am going to be training for a charity MMA fight so going to start going to this gym and use there facilities and get back in shape and will continue to use even after the fight has taken place

Fantastic experience: Just starting going during lockdown, mostly to keep fit and progress in my fitness. It's great for a range of equipment aswell as access for starters looking to get into the gym. Would recommend for anyone looking to start as it's reasonably priced and again has good equipment

Fantastic experience: Great gym, made to feel at home and doesn’t matter what shape or size you are! Great facilities also, they have classes etc on most days! Memberships are all good as you can pay only £20 a month and you don’t have to pay it every month if you can’t afford it you can just take a month off! Would defo recommend

Fantastic experience: Great gym under new management. Lots of classes and facilities to choose from. They also have sun beds, albeit I haven't used these. The staff are all fantastic and well versed in their field of expertise, from the PT's to the staff in reception. Direct contact is encouraged with the owner who is geniunely interested in suggestions/concerns.
