Fantastic experience: Been over 20 different gyms in my young 44 years .., some of the machines in here I've never seen anywhere , these machines hit different......well happy I joined....

Negative experience: This place is desperate for more steppers!! They constantly have 4 people on them. More is required!
Steppers? Are you referring to StairMasters? Gym and equipment usage are constantly monitored. A 1 star review because the StairMasters are popular! If you think the gym facilities are so bad then why did you join? Have you spoke to a member of staff about your concerns rather than ranting on Google? If the state of the art equipment is not good enough for you and you’re not happy, there are other fitness facilities and gyms available. Regards, OneGym

Negative experience: Slipped over in the changing room at no fault of my own getting out of the shower. Due to the floor being soaking wet and slippery. Resulted in my Ankle and foot being hurt in the process! Gym manager doesn’t want to take any responsibility even though the staff they’re acting as cleaners as well as front of house and is often understaffed in such a large gym. Because I have decided to email them and challenge this accident I have now had my membership cancelled! Lol! Pathetic! I would like to warn anyone thinking about joining Onegym about the risks of injuring themselves and might look to look elsewhere as the management team don’t seem to have any interest or care for their members. Great facility let down by clueless management! AVOID!!!
We’ve been expecting you on here! You tried to bribe us by asking for something because YOU had an accident. We're happy to display your email with your permission. Very low! We regularly squeegee the HSE standard non-slip floor. It's a shower area - water is part of the deal . . . the signs on the wall even remind you of that! Healthy Regards! Team OneGym

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Tons of machines. Plenty parking. Having all the treadmills up on a platform seems a little dodgy though. I tend to avoid using them as it's always in the back of my mind that I'm up a height if I do fall off.
Hi Ian, thanks for you feedback. Not sure why you see the treadmills being on a small plinth any differently than them being on the floor. A member still needs to step up on to the treadmill regardless. The plinth is a positive thing, there’s the added bonus of perimeter lighting around all of the treadmill area aiding visibility, and there are no cables, plugs, potential trip hazards on the gym floor whatsoever. Fantastic experience: Best gym I’ve been to for a long time. Equipment is unreal, stuff I’ve never seen in any other gym before. Seen someone mention the darkness, I think it’s spot on like this. Asked a few questions on insta and always quick to respond. Can’t fault it at all!

Positive experience: Lovely panatta equipment but very dark, no windows and no natural light. I have trained for many years and never been in a gym sooo dark!
