Fantastic experience: Dropped into Xplore BJJ as a visitor from overseas. Dan and the rest of the team there are brilliant guys - learnt a lot and had good fun.

Fantastic experience: Best place in cardiff

Negative experience: It was yesterday when I was locked in the corridor that I found the building is not built with enough health &safety concerns and the gym team don't really take care either. So, what happened is I came out of the shower at 9:45 pm (not closing hour yet) but found the gym was shut down already, and the ground floor door cannot be opened. It is until 12 pm that they sent someone to pick me up, and I have to call the police to keep calling them.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I have ever been to by far after trying out many different gyms over 2 decades! Always clean and has everything you could need.. The owner and other trainers are incredible, best trainers I have ever had, and the atmosphere is always fantastic.. It doesnt get better than this place. Membership and classes are an absolute bargain also

They have the best facilities - I wouldn't go to any other gym. Come and support your local gym and this one is worth supporting!!

Fantastic experience: I’m a complete beginner for kickboxing and the classes are absolutely brilliant. The trainers and other experienced kickboxers are very friendly and encouraging. You can get a membership deal with the kickboxing lessons and access to the gym at a good price! As for the gym, even on peak times. It isn’t full like other gyms where it would be difficult to get on certain machines. And finally the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this gym and plus it is a local gym a well (Not run by a large corporation) so that’s also a bonus!

Fantastic experience: I popped in for the first time yesterday. Didn't know what to expect to be honest. Harley was really helpful and kind. I popped in to use the boxing facilities. The atmosphere in the boxing area wasn't intimidating (something you might expect when you are a new face), people were friendly and I was really impressed by the range of equipment available for boxing. I will 100% be popping back soon. Thank you to all the team.

Fantastic experience: This is a excellent gym with friendly staff the coaches are great too give you top personal training sessions and push you beyond your limits to accomplish your goals. The classes include Kickboxing, Boxing and Muay Thai. The gym has plenty of space and equipment to keep you busy.

Fantastic experience: This is an all round gym! Great coaches and PT sessions! Its got a well equipped gym and two big rooms that host a variety of lessons and martial arts! If you have any targets come to this gym and you'll hit them
