Fantastic experience: I joined 5 months ago after finally conquering my irrational fear of the gym after speaking to the awesome manager Alex. Staff are really helpful and friendly. There is a nice range of machines and classes to suit everyone, and the fact that it’s 24/7 is super convenient.

Fantastic experience: Love it! Been coming to Snap for nearly 5 years now. Always made to feel comfortable and confident by staff and fellow gym members. Good range of equipment in the gym with a decent selection of classes that are also included in the monthly membership. The class instructors are very motivational and always guarantee a good workout . Competitions are run monthly, giving members the opportunity to win free membership, along with 1 member being nominated member of the month and winning membership too. If you haven’t been before, I highly recommend you to try it.

I have found the Pump instructor Gemma Loades to be really friendly, she has spent a lot of 1-2-1 time with me helping me improve my technique. I am really looking forward to the new pump r & Spin routine starting MONDAY.

Fantastic experience: A brilliant gym with friendly, experienced and helpful staff. Friendly enviroment for new starters and experienced gym goers. Clean equipment and plenty of space. Can get quite busy at peak times but always a good atmosphere. 24/7 access gym which is perfect for later/ early sessions.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for about 5 years from a complete novice, to on-and-off through the pandemic, to an intermediate lifter which is testimony to how much I enjoy it here. The staff are always friendly and willing to help whether it be for a spot or chat about training. This friendliness reflects on how great the community is here. I've never had any qualms working in sets with members if things are busy or asking for a spot. The pinnacle of this was when I thought I lost my expensive headphones but one kind member gave them into the front desk! As someone trying to body build, the equipment itself is pretty comprehensive with 2 squat racks, two benches, smith machine, lots of free weights, lots of pulley machines, and even other bars like ez bar, hex bar, tricep bar e.t.c. There's also elastic bands to warm up on, belts to brace your core, belts to load weight on, and some spare accessories like wrist wraps which saves me bringing in my own. I like the fact over the 5 years they've continually replaced worn down equipment like rope attachments and added new equipment such as adding an extra squat rack. The showering facilities, locker room, vending machine, and 24/7 access are the cherry on the cake that make this the best gym experience in the local area. Definitely worth the price to invest in your own health.

Fantastic experience: Ive been using snapfitness for a good few years now and have felt right at home. The staff are always friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The classes are good fun too. Ive have meet some really nice people who use the gym would definitely recommend. Bonus is 24hrs too so can go anytime you like.

Fantastic experience: Snap fitness in Beccles is one of the best gym's I have been to, I find all the PT's really good and helpful, they always have time to help show you the machines, and point you in the right direction. So I would not like just to pick one out. I attend several classes throughout the week and the instructors are all very good. Gemma Loads-Hoye certainly puts you through your paces, and Tessa will give you as many squats as you want- both work you hard, but their classes are great fun and enjoyable, I just love them. I would certainly recommend this gym to everyone, so don't delay - go along today. Janet Zala

Fantastic experience: I joined up just over a year ago and absolutely love it! The staff are friendly and always happy to help. I have had a few personal training sessions with Alex and I attend the classes about 4-5 times a week (mainly pump and spin with Tess she’s brilliant!) I enjoy the classes, meeting new friends, exercising and having fun at the same time! Going to snap has really made me feel better in myself feeling a lot fitter and motivated.

Positive experience: 24 hours is great but, given the volume of members, they could really do with another squat rack. It is often hard to get on equipment if you go during peak hours and very frustrating that a lot of younger members will stand around hogging equipment while having a chat. I know it's a public gym so 'it is what it is' but this can become tiring when you're trying to work around them to a time limit and there is always a group of them present. The staff are brilliant and i only have good things to say about them. They are supportive, always happy to interact with members, and are willing to come and spot on lifts if asked.

Negative experience: I visited the website about a week ago and then came off the website a few seconds later. Somehow the company has got my number and my full name just from that and has been ringing me nearly every day since. I had answered one call and shown my disinterest in having a trial but continued to recieve calls. I blocked their number and they continued to call me. I have just had to unblock and ring them back up to complain about this harassment and to tell them to delete my details and stop ringing me. I get calling people to find clients is part of the job but every day for over a week even after someone has shown disinterest is just pure harassment

Fantastic experience: It has a good selection of cardio and resistance equipment. The showers are nice and lockers are handy. Good for what I need. The only downside for me is there is only one staor climbing machine but a lot of gyms don't even have one of these so I can't complain. The range of resistance equipment makes up for this.

Fantastic experience: Been a member here for a year or so. Very friendly and helpful staff who work hard and brighten the place up. Modern kit as it is a fairly new club. 24-hour access. Really glad that we finally have a decent gym in Beccles and it measures up well when compared to facilities in the neighbouring towns.

Fantastic experience: A great variety of equipment. It's near the maximum I would pay for a gym membership, however, you get a lot of 'bang for your buck', plus the staff are great and always on hand to help.

Positive experience: Personally, if I go at the right time I really enjoys myself. Sometimes it can be over crowded & you don't really want to wait for a machine or the weights area to be free. Other than that the staff are great and friendly, always greeting you when you get in the door. It's 24hr gym which I personally like.
