Fantastic experience: My son has been attending for some time now with his rugby team,all the staff are so friendly and welcoming and they know their stuff. He has improved in his fitness and his physique but most of all he's enjoyed every part of it, that's all thanks to Paddy, Joe,Jack and others being so down to earth but pushing him to do well and giving lots of tips and advice. Would highly recommend
