Fantastic experience: Lizzie is a great instructor, welcoming and friendly. Talks to each member of the class. She gives clear instructions, makes sure everyone is exercising correctly by walking around and observing the class. One thing I like, that nobody else does anymore, like they used to, is count down from 4 to finish an exercise. Really enjoyed her class today.

Fantastic experience: MK Health Hub is such a fantastic place you will feel motivated and looked after by the fantastic staff, who really care about your personal goals and fully support you with nutrition and feeling good about yourself . The owners Matt and Sally really care about their clients and have built an amazing business which you can see they have a real passion for and they really go the extra mile to give great service . I fully recommend if you want more 1:1 support tailored to your lifestyle and also to do reformer Pilates with highly experienced instructors. Thank you MK .

Fantastic experience: Superb

Negative experience: Great gym, great equipment............however just before we entered our latest lockdown we approached the sales & head of operations at MK and agreed upon a membership which suited both parties. Touching base with Marc (membership team) at the end of this lockdown to confirm if we are still on the same page, which was received positively, re-enforcing and welcoming. This didn't last long, only a mere 2 days later I received a email stating that they have reviewed their pricing and this membership is no longer available. The level of honesty and transparency was only there for a limited time. I felt dishearten with a sour taste left in my mouth. All being said I think it was just one individual who has ruined the whole experience.
