Fantastic experience: Such a lovely environment to be in. The staff are super knowledgeable but super friendly with it too. Made to feel very welcome by all & can highly recommend. I am quite an anxious person but I'm so glad I took the first step & can now persue my fitness at my own pace with the amount of involvement I choose to have from the staff.

Fantastic experience: Urban Health & Fitness is a great gym and I am very glad I joined. The gym itself is excellent for me. All of the Urban Health & Fitness team are really friendly and welcoming, and I am very grateful for all the support and advice they have given me throughout my gym membership thus far. The Strength Fusion classes and the Legs, Glutes and Core (LGC) Fusion classes I have been to are really fun and are challenging for me in a good way. The LGC Fusion classes in particular are definitely helping me develop greater core strength and stability.

Fantastic experience: I am down on holiday for the week so I signed up for a week absolutely amazing,great value and I was made to feel at home straight away the staff are so friendly and the classes are amazing,I will be sad to go back home but when I am back on my hols I will definitely be signing up again ❤️

Fantastic experience: Lovely studio space with friendly staff. Handy booking system and 5 class pre payment if you don't do monthly subscription. Celia has a clear calm delivery and interesting Pilates classes. Fayes aerial yoga was amazing.

Fantastic experience: Manny is the best physio I’ve ever had! All of the staff here are lovely and so welcoming. Couldn’t rate them anything less than 5 stars!!

Fantastic experience: Only been there for a physio appointment with Jamie and not the gym itself (looks lovely and lot of equipment though!) Physio was great, had issues with feet ,lower legs and arm. Sorted the arm, no pain anymore and leg has improved already. Absolutely recommend the physio clinics. Thank you Jamie.

Positive experience: Attended a taster aerobics class. Good range of classes, friendly people. Changing rooms, loos and shower, bit of a squash for seating and the lockers. Conveniently situated on Christchurch High Street. There's one in Boscombe as well.

Positive experience: Nice compact environment, focused staff with physio input - good idea in a gym. First time I went was on crutches which made the front door and stairs a little interesting but enjoyed the experience.

Positive experience: Great little gym. Some of the cardio machines are a bit old and not great though (cross trainer is basically unusable).

Fantastic experience: Quality set up and very friendly staff. This gym has many classes and the facilities are great. I joined 3 weeks ago and plan on being a member for as long as I live in Christchurch. I would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Was recommended visiting for physio for a back injury. Excellent advice and depth of understanding of the issue, including a number of avenues to aid recovery. Venue looks extremely modern and welcoming, compared to many similar gyms. I would definitely use regularly if I lived closer.
