Fantastic experience: Been coming to tiff now since March and can already see how my flexibility and core strength has improved. Classes are really fun and I look forward to my Monday class every week. TIFF really pushes you in every class and every week I really feel I’ve pushed my self to the max. Every one is really friendly and it’s a child friendly environment so if you can’t get childcare tiff has created a space for them to play and chill while you workout.

Fantastic experience: I have loved my PT sessions with Tiff, they are never boring! Tiff is very experienced in both her exercise plans and nutrition. In just 5 week (6 hours) I have lost 1.5 inches and 1.2% body fat yet I'm eating more in a day! Most of all she has restored my confidence in myself and my motivation. I highly recommoned her if anyone is looking for a knowledgeable, fun and welcoming PT

Fantastic experience: 100* I cannot recommend anywhere better than Sxefit, I have lost 3% of body fat from 8 hours with Tiffany.. Her knowledge about keeping our bodies healthy is insane, I'm eating more than I ever did before because our bodies need it! The classes are SO fun, and everyone is so friendly, kind and encouraging. Fantastic experience: Love coming to sxefit for my personal training Tiffany is amazing, she is so warm, welcoming and caring. Tiff makes you feel good about yourself and her training methods are out of this world I have never ached so much the next day after pt but it’s a good ache you know her methods are working. My diet was poor before coming to sxefit eating chocolate, crisps and biscuits but with Tiffs knowledge I’m now learning about good wholesome foods that keep me fuller for longer and not having that mid-afternoon crash where I could just fall asleep and I can have a cheat day which is normally Saturday. My energy levels have shot up. Tiff is definitely the best pt instructor if you want to be fitter and healthier sxefit is the place to be also Tiffs classes are amazing too so fun to do

Fantastic experience: Of course i have to share a rating here..where do i start..i started pole classes with tiff in mid-november after becoming a little bored and unmotivated with the gym, since pole classes its all i ever daydream&think about, what will tiff teach me next and will i boss it by it by the end of class, ive looked up to tiff as a true inspiration and a guide to help build my confidence when my self esteem has being deflated, well not anymore because after 1hr in her class that all changed at the speed of light! She brings her magic and sprinkles it over you and you walk out a new woman! Im excited for the energy of 2024 and all i will be learning at sxefit! Xx

Fantastic experience: Sxefit is the first and only place I have been to work out. I struggle with feeling out of place in a gym, Tiff eradicates this :) She works every muscle in my body, boosts my confidence & we laugh throughout (even when I’m exhausted!!!!)

Fantastic experience: Have been going here for about 8 weeks now and can honestly say this place is amazing. Tiff just makes this place a happy place to be. Not only does she guide you every step of the way but she is such a strong and amazing women. These classes are like nothing i have ever done before, and after years of trying different things and failing, i can now say i am a sxefit member for life. Each class is totally different from another one and they are hard but the results you get are amazing. In 8 weeks i have seen a massive difference in my weight but also my figure. I am stronger, and my shape is changing more than i ever thought possible. I recommend this place to any woman wanting to start exercising not only will you benefit from the class but you will also find an amazing bunch of ladies who really support each other. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Tiff’s pole class for about 6 weeks now. Honestly what can i say, it’s changed my whole attitude to weight loss and fitness. I look forward to her Friday evening classes every week and i have plans to start taking up some of her other classes too but throughout the week i’m motivated to eat better and go to the gym because i want to be stronger and healthier in order to do some of the more intricate moves. I’ve lost 10lbs so far and honestly i feel so much more confident in myself since i’ve started coming. I’m obsessed, i spend half my time thinking about the routines that we learn and the other half watching video’s of others doing the tricks. From the moment i arrived for my first class, Tiff treated me like she’d known me for years. She’s such a positive, beautiful person inside and out and she just radiates positivity and enthusiasm. If you’re thinking about joining pole classes, she is your girl and sxefit is your location!

Fantastic experience: I joined Sxefit 2 months ago on a whim as I had seen the hoops class advertised and just wanted to try it out. Now I found my second home. I absolutely Love this place. I love all classes available, the skills taught, the patience offered, the price tag to attend every class and the friends I am making in the process. I see improvement in myself as well as the girls around me and ofc we all have Tiff to thank for her methods and mission. I hope more women in the area find sxefit ad join. Fantastic experience: Started my SXEFIT journey last year and within half a year I lost 3 stone doing nutrition mission and pt. Tiffany has a beautiful heart and really does want the best for every woman she meets, and I cannot thank her enough for all she did for me within that time, she really did change my life and because of that I’ve gained so much. Although my sxefit journey is currently on pause, I cannot recommend this studio enough for someone looking to change their life. There are a variety of brilliant classes, suitable for all abilities, including her pole and aerial, which I never in a million years imagined I’d be able to do, until Tiffany gave me the confidence and knowledge to be able to. Everyone is made to feel welcomed, safe and powerful, so I would 100% recommend sxefit.

Fantastic experience: I started coming here about 4 months ago, and it's the best decision I've ever made. Tiff is the most genuine lady I've ever met, not only does she want you to achieve the goals you've set yourself, she also really helps with self confidence, and she just listens and helps also with day to day life. I've never been as confident about my body and I'm excited to see what the next 6 months brings. If I could give this place 10 stars I would but I'd give Tiff 100❤️

Negative experience: This woman tries to tie CHILDREN into £90 per month contracts. Does she not realise that it's against the law for 13 year old to have such a contract? Then there is the slander on top. Telling other sxefit users that this child and her mum owes Tiff more than £200. DONT THINK SO LUV

Fantastic experience: I've been going to SXE Fit for just over 5 years and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get fit, lose weight, gain confidence, meet freindly new people and have fun. I've been to gyms before but after a while, I would fall out of love with them. Sxe Fit has become not only a place to work out but a place to see people and socialise. The women who go are lovely. No cliques, everyone is made to feel welcome. There's a wide variety of classes to choose from, something for everyone. Tiff is very experienced and personifies what you need in an instructor- knowledgeable, welcoming, encouraging, smiley, strong, extremely fit and wants you to challenge yourself and love the skin you're in. She sees the best in us all and will tell you that you can do it- even when you're struggling and feel you can't. I'm 48 now, I've lost over 1 1/2 stones, I'm a massive pole fan, I've gained more confidence in myself, I happily wear lycra leggings for the first time I love the workouts, the dance routines, the laughter and spending time with supportive, like minded people. So, If you are looking for a gym, do yourself a favour, come and join us at this one xxx

Negative experience: I contacted this company (Tiffany) through Whats App as it says to do so on her website. to enquire about silks classes for children. My 9 year old with a disability (Autism) wanted to try this class. Tiffany said she did these classes on a Monday @ 5pm, my child would love it and to book her a place online as there is only 10 spaces available.I booked the class for the following Monday 7/12/2020.my daughter used her pocket money for the class and we paid online with pay pal (I have the receipt).We built up to attending the class, and arrived in to the cold and dark after traveling 25 minutes to the studio for the first time to be met with the door locked and all in darkness. Bearing in mind this place it up a side street. This set my daughter's anxiety off, We walked around to see if the was another entry, asking people but there wasn't. I sent Tiffany a message asking if we were in the right place.it took 17 minutes for her to reply! Where still stood out in the cold and dark, my child in tears and upset by this point to be told ,you had cancelled the class and had messaged everyone on the group and didn't see ours, Yet there was only 3 places booked on the class. My child is now in floods of tears and deflated by the whole experience she just wanted to go home. There was no offer from you to amend the class or refund the money. I asked you to refund my child's pocket money back to which you replied of course. This would of been the end of the situation and I would of just put it down to a bad experience. This review have been prompted from me by you, We are now on day 10 and we have still not received our refund from you, I messaged you again with the receipt but you have blocked me! The way you have dealt with this situation speaks volumes about the kind of person and business you run. Why have you not refunded my child's money back? Pay pal have now stepped in to try recover the amount. I do not recommend for children. It took days to get my daughter over the upset of this experience. I bet you never even gave us a second thought. shame on you Sxefit .

Fantastic experience: Where do I start this place is just amazing and Tiff is just fabulous. She is so experienced in the field of fitness and nutrition and can bring out the best in us ladies. Her methods get results, empower women and improve confidence. The classes are fun and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Fitness is definitely made fun and interesting at Sxe Fit studios. During the lockdown I’ve subscribed to the online membership; there is a great variety of classes, it is easy to follow and do at home and has kept me on top of my fitness. This place is simply first class and that is a testament to who Tiffiny is and the passion she has for empowering women. Thanks Tiff for helping me enjoy fitness again, love the Sxe Fit method and of course you my Girl.

Fantastic experience: I had never been to a gym before I started going to Tiffany's classes. Now only a government enforced lockdown can keep me away. Tiff is as close to a real life superhero as I've ever met. She's an inspiration and a genuinely good human being. If you're considering booking a class, just book it.

Fantastic experience: I trained with Tiff a few years ago now, for a couple of years. She put her heart and soul into every class, made it fun, and made everyone feel great, with the sweet things she said (no one has called me baby girl since..) I could not keep going as I moved house, too far away, but my time working out with Tiff was the most I have ever enjoyed exercising in my life. Long may she continue the amazing work!

Fantastic experience: In the words of my daughter Tiff is 'amazing'! My little girls has recently joined Mini Circus classes and LOVES it! She doesn't stop smiling the entire lesson and starts counting down to the next one as soon as it's home time. Tiff is a lovely teacher and will push you to your limits to help you get the most out of her classes and out of yourself. I've done several of her fitness classes and couldn't believe the results in sich a short time. I lost weight and my body shaped changed but I also felt so much more confident and happier. SXEFIT isn't just a gym its a family, I can't recommend Tiff and her classes enough!

Fantastic experience: Tiffany is amazing, so passionate, so enthusiastic, talented, knowledgeable, motivating and what’s more she really really cares about helping women to feel good about themselves. Her classes are so much fun and there’s always such a good atmosphere, it makes working out actually enjoyable! I wish I lived closer because I would be going to every single class she has. Tiffany is super fit but don’t let that intimidate you or think that you have to be super fit to attend too, her classes are aimed at everyone from complete beginners to, as she calls them, machines! I definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get fitter, improve their shape or even just improve their self confidence.

I can’t believe how much I have already achieved in only 5 pole sessions thanks to Tiffany’s amazing teaching and have become so much more confident, definitely my new favourite hobby as soon as I leave I can’t wait for my next class!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this studio for 3 years now, tiff is amazing. Love the classes and pole too. Even in lock down tiff did online videos which really helped me l, this is the fittest I have every been and feel great about myself. The girls there too are lovely and I have met some lovely people. The studio and tiff are so welcoming. You won't regret a class or becoming a member.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Tiff. I recently completed the Sxefit in 6 diet and feel fab! Manage to loose 6ib in weight but also educate myself on food and the right things to eat. I actually feel as though I eat more now than I did before I started. Haven’t been hungry once. Anyone that wants to feel healthier and loose a few ibs at the same time needs to try this. Tiff was so helpful and approachable and makes you feel great. Thanks Tiff!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely best exercise classes I've ever done. The results are quick and amazing. Tiffany is very positive make a everyone feel at home. Fantastic experience: Had my Hen doo here on Saturday morning & it was fab. Sophie was lovely & all my girls had so much fun. We learned a little routine & some moves & it was just brill to do something different. Really got the day started & all the girls warmed up for the evening events. Was a nice touch to have some fizz 1/2 way through too & a few nibbles to keep us going too. Can't wait to see the photos that were also been taken of the group as we went along.
