Fantastic experience: Cracking gym. Came here on a day pass as I'm visiting a friend, and I'm jealous this can't be my regular! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Plethora of machinery to choose from. Plenty of space. Very reasonably priced. Looking forward to returning! Highly recommended best lifting gym in Derby.

Fantastic experience: of the best kitted out gyms I have been to in the Nottingham/Derbyshire area. I actually travel over 30 minutes 5x a week to go here and its worth it! Loads of good kit and the leg room is probably one of the best leg rooms I have seen in a gym. Lots of gyms lack when it comes to good leg kit. This gym has so much leg kit you will have no choice but to have big legs!!!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym. Not only does it have equipment that no other gym in Derby has but the staff are absolutely amazing. It has a real community feel about it and I wouldn't want to train anywhere else right now. Thankyou to everyone there who makes it a special experience everytime I go.
