Fantastic experience: This place is such a happy place! Lucy is such a gem, she manages to make workouts fun and a pleasure! You always leave here feeling happier / better than when you went in! Just magic! She has all the equipment any good gym has! Workouts are tailor made for the individual and Lucy mixes it up each week so every workout is different keeping it fresh! Lucy is professional and extremely knowledgeable in the field! Very highly recommended!
