Fantastic experience: Charlie, the club manager is extremely helpful when signing up and is also very knowledgeable of the equipment in the gym. The referral scheme is also very rewarding and they offer very good local discounts with being a member of the gym

Fantastic experience: Can I just say I’ve just joined as a member in the last couple of months and I got to say that I am enjoying it immensely at Snap Fitness Hereford at the moment, you can do everything at your own pace without any pressure and there’s always great atmosphere when you’re in there and it’s friendly too.

The gym is clean, has great equipment, there's a lovely etiquette between all the members, and the staff are really lovely. Charlie is a great manager, and is making all the right changes, and Katie, the new Assistant Manager is great. All very approachable and easy to talk to. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Disgusting atmosphere and manager. Last time i came here there was poo stains on the machines and dirty tampons on the floor. Upon raising these concerns to management i got hung up on after informing them i wish to cancel my membership. for them to send it to a debt collection agency. Poor management

Fantastic experience: Been a member of snap for a good few years, left and come back and not found a a better gym. The new club owner is a great guy also the new club manager is sound as a pound, great guy with good values and great knowledge of the gym and training. Sign up and don't look back.

Negative experience: No professionals

Negative experience: Been a member for over a year - train 5 times a week. After the manager Charlie managed to make a superb and relaxed environment for the members, it appears the gym owners are only concerned with money. The gym is now overcrowded, kit takes forever to be repaired and we can no longer spend any time with the PT’s, Charlie or Katie as they appear to be chained to a desk cold calling people. Membership fees went up to £35 a month- an increase of £5 a month - for a gym you can barely find space in due to too many members and not really any new kit arriving! In fact machines we WANT seem to be disappearing (aka treadmills). It’s a real shame, this place used have a great and welcoming atmosphere, but the owners seem to be ruining it for us. 2 Star review - 5 Stars for Charlie, and 5 Stars for Katie - who are both legends. Hope they can turn it around.

Fantastic experience: What i love about their service as a new member is 24 hours facilities WITH MUSIC, the level of hygine post covid .i feel safe and also the culture of Cleary communicating to clients and helping out at all times. The gym is also big enough to cater for all members. Their cardio equipment and weights are top class and you hardlu find defective equipment on the floor. I am definitely inviting my friends to join

Friendly staff professional service, gym is well maintained, lockers and showers available, free parking. Reasonable price on membership. Never any issues with members, you will have peace and privacy to focus on your goals. It’s a 5 star for me!

Fantastic experience: Been around since 2017 when they opened. Gym always well maintained, either you are a beginner or veteran you will find equipment, big open view on both sides that helps with natural lighting that also gives you the illusion of a bigger space but the gym is big enough, room for everything. The service is outstanding, things that broke get fixed, lockers available, plenty of weights and cardio equipment and if you need some advice do not hesitate to ask the manager Charlie who is well prepared to turn your excitement into hard work:)

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for several year now and still love the place.The gym has an overall calm atmosphere with plenty of kit to choose from,whether your a beginner or an avid gym goer.24hr access so you can go anytime you like. Charlie the club manager is very easy to talk too and has an array of knowledge to help on your fitness journey.Highly recommended

Negative experience: Getting on for 8 weeks now the leg extension has been broken. Which is impacting my leg day training program. Plus the other equipment isn’t being maintained for example wheels missing on a bench nothings been done about it. The membership isn’t worth the price per month at the moment with the way the gyms being run.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym and facilities. Good location in Hereford next to Sainsburys. 24 hour access is hassle free with a swipe card for the door. The Staff are very knowledgeable and always happy to give advice during the manned hours. Whether you are young, a seasoned gym user or even an older person looking to stay healthy. It caters to all. The equipment is quite extensive and I can always use a piece of equipment or machine when i need to, only rarely have i had to wait for something which is exactly what you want to avoid interrupting a workout. Snap Fitness is ideal for gym users who might not necessarily know how regular they can train - with 24 hour access, but also from the no fixed term membership plans unlike other gyms in Hereford which tie you down for 12 months at a time. With this you can cancel for a month if you know you are going away on holiday or with work for most of a month, (or even get an injury) and Aaron or Kate will happily resign you when you come back. Highly recommended for all.

Fantastic experience: Love coming to the gym everyone is so friendly and your not made to feel uncomfortable. Kate and Aaron are always on hand to help you achieve your goals. The classes are varied and are limited to a small number of people so it more like having a PT session. Every week is a new challenge and both Kate and Aaron like to push you to your limits. Having 24/7 access allows you to fit a gym session in when you can. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Kate and Arron are by far the most down to earth trainers you will find in the gym, very welcoming at the door and will always give advice for your personal gym goals. Often you will find mini gym challenges at the front to keep it interesting and on occasion the team and members have gone out for a social gathering on the weekends. Both Kate and Arron offer classes and one on one training which is brilliant if you want that extra help, and very good prices for the knowledge they both have. I find snap fitness equipment ideal and clean! Cleaners are in every morning doing a brilliant job and always smile around you. The club also offers a clean shower and toilet facility along with lockers and option of a keypad. If you are looking for a gym where you can feel more like a friend than a member then snap fitness is the right gym for you. This is a very quiet, non intimidating gym with a very warm feel to it.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for approximately 18 months after trying out a few gyms in Hereford and I really enjoy it here. The staff are friendly and always at hand to assist you in your training and goals. The equipment is in really good condition and looks brand new. Personally I don't do the fitness classes but my wife does and she really enjoys them. The gym, showers and toilets are always spotlessly clean too and it's open 24 hour which suits me because I work unsociable hours so I still get my train in for the day. Great gym!!!
