Negative experience: Good one to one pt sessions, unfortunately the rest of the 90 day package not worth the money
Fantastic experience: Mark is fantastic. I have worked with multiple personal trainers in the past but this is the first time I have received such personal attention and was really helped to build a solid core foundation. Mark is educated and sensible with weight training. He listens to your goals, makes a detailed plan then stays by your side consistently to ensure you are making the most of every session. I have never worked with someone so consistent, who never loses sight of the end goal and always making sure you feel your needs are being heard, remembered and met. I have done nothing but improve my strength and body composition while working with Mark. Mark is a great leader and makes you feel safe and confident following his lead in persuing and healthier body and lifestyle.
Fantastic experience: Mark is excellent! I'm not an athlete, just your average joe looking for motivation and information. Mark has taken all of my life style choices and personality quirks into account and set me up with a program that I'm enjoying. At the moment my goal is to stay positive and active during lock-down. Our weekly check-ins and a great app has helped my at-home studio feel less isolating. He's been amazing. I have no doubt that when this is all over and I can be back in my beloved gym, his advice and knowledge will help me achieve my fitness goals.
Fantastic experience: I've been working with Mark now for 4 weeks completely online. After our initial Skype call where he asked me what I was trying to achieve (lean muscle, strengthen lower back and improve posture); he created 2 workouts (full body / lower body) and gave me guidance around the amount of calories & type of foods I should be eating to help me. The ones in his recipe book have given me loads of ideas and I'm cooking more now as well. I downloaded myfitness pal and Trainerize where Mark uploaded my workouts, and have used these to track my workouts and my food. Mark is on hand to give me encouragement or tell me I'm eating to many jaffa cakes.. I'm really impressed with the apps and even though we're working remotely I feel like Mark is by my side encouraging and supporting . 4 weeks in and I've lost 2.7kg and my back feels so much better and my core is a lot stronger. Got another 8 weeks of this and I can't wait to see the results cheers Mark!! Highly recommended
Fantastic experience: Mark is just brilliant! So fantastic at motivating me without me even knowing he’s doing it! Since I started PT sessions with Mark my energy levels have increased and I feel that my fitness levels are getting stronger by the week! I always have such a varied great workout with tonnes of laughter, motivation and positivity, which in turn makes the workout seem shorter!. I highly recommend Mark to help you reach your goals and start your fitness, nutrition journey.
Fantastic experience: I have been training with Mark for over 2 and a half years now. He has helped me to change my life completely. His philosophy is that big changes are made by starting with small changes. I have lost over 45 inches and 13kg and feel like a different person. I have tried so many things over the years to make these changes but have only managed to do this with Mark. He has given me confidence not only to be comfortable in the gym (coming from a place of being terrified) but to also now love training. I am also trying so many new things such as cycling, running and swimming. This is all down to Mark! Mark takes very little credit for my results as he says I am the one doing the work but take it from me I could not do this without him. I love every training session, it’s hard work but fun and I consider Mark to be a friend (who has a lot of patience!). Cannot recommend highly enough!
Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Mark for about three months. His dedication to his clients is amazing. He has motivated me to get moving towards my goals and supportive in every way possible. I’m so glad he is training me.
Fantastic experience: Mark has been my PT for 2 years... he’s not only changed my weight, body, health, fitness he’s also changed my attitude and mind. I class Mark as a friend as well as a PT. I leave each session feeling happy about my performance but me as well! Great guy and great PT who deliver great results!
