Negative experience: Worst gym I ever been to in Peterborough. 3 flors but all spaces are small, that's why some of the videos they do are outside. To hide the fact that the gym is small. Studio only holds up to 4 or 6 people. Equipment is damaged. They only have one changing area and it's for men and women, (due to lack of space) Staff is rude and very unhelpful. All they care about is taking your money and coming up with reason why you can't cancel you membership. I had to block them as they kept charging my card (13 times) in 4 months and I only been to the gym twice. Do not go here, you will regret it.

With three floors of equipment and spaces for different workout styles, we do our best to accommodate our members, though we understand it may not meet everyone's expectations. As for your cancellation experience, we’re sorry you weren’t able to fully grasp our fairly brief terms and conditions—these can indeed feel like a long read for some. Our cancellation policy, which you agreed to, simply requires a one-month notice, as is standard practice, and applies equally to all members, including yourself. As you gave your notice in on the 1st of November, you would be required to make November’s payment, which is due on the 1st as you know. Of course if this declines, like yours did - retries will be done by our system automatically. We are very sorry that your experience wasn’t as great as we’d hoped, but we’d be happy to help if you need any additional guidance on our policies in the future!
Negative experience: One of the worst gyms ive attended. Save your money and stay away.
Hi Sibo - really sad to see your review, as we don't feel that this accurately reflects our facilities! I presume this is because you were required to give a one months notice period on cancellation. Please note that this is standard procedure at most gyms and we're sorry you found this irritating. If you need anything in the future, please let us know and we'd be more than happy to help!

Negative experience: Before going here you'll need a tetanus shot. Handles are rusty. Equipment is wobbly and half of it needs lubricating. Definitely not as advertised
Negative experience: I agree with another reviewer - more investment is needed to be a bone-fide Snap Fitness franchise. In fact, other than new dumbbells, a new paint job and carpeting, most of the (battered) machines are the same as when Energie Fitness held the franchise. Many of the lockers are still door-less, rust is on some of the machines, there are always cardio machines out of action (the same ones as from Energie Fitness’ time), areas of the gym could very much do with a very good clean, the various bars and attachments for the functional frame are in a terrible, rusty condition, the reception is often unmanned. While this might seem like nit-picking, other Snap Fitness franchises are head and shoulders above this, and I can’t help feeling this particular one is letting the reputation of the others down significantly. Indeed, I’m surprised this one has passed muster….

Positive experience: Snap need to bring their brand here, it's still got remnants of energies fitness, no myzone, not the escape fitness frame or matrix products that others have, not enough investment for a snap, I'll come back if you fix things, the trainer wasn't very helpful, I had an appointment, but nobody was there to greet me, I had to wait for someone else to walk in, then knock on the office door, shocking really, I expect more from one of favourite brands to come to the city
