Negative experience: absolute crap you pay £30 for the gym you go at 4pm and see how kids in groups of 5 occupy the machines and instead of exercising they talk or play with their phones.... and many many other strange people... massacre how can you not set a limit I maximum number of people, for you only profits count I go back to where I came from, i.e. to a professional gym and not a club of conversations and people who hurt themselves more than they care about their health

Negative experience: Good equipment ruined by selfish people on their phones and silly women taking pics of themselves. Changing rooms tiny and staff too lazy to clean them.

Fantastic experience: Would recommend staff great and classes are good
Fantastic experience: Matt M is amazing and his workouts are really pushing the limits help us get to the goal faster.
Positive experience: Definitely would be a 5 if not for two things. The male staff members never smile at you so it's not the most welcoming environment. The female PT seems very sweet, so that helps. Secondly there is no way to clean the equipment before and after use. They did provide one spray bottle and rags for a little while but that's now gone. On a positive note it is very clean, well equipped and the cost isn't bad at all.

Robust cleaning regimes are still in place and we continue to pump in 100% fresh air ventilation, day and night, we clean on a daily basis, including cleaning of all equipment and gym facilities with anti-viral products. We encourage members to bring in a sweat towel to use after they have used a piece of equipment. Having cleaning stations has resulted in a significant increase in the amount of paper waster and we are focussed on minimising our waste as part of our commitment to Net-Zero. We are proud to be the very first Carbon Neutral Gym Chain in the UK. This is just a part of our efforts, for example we are also taking steps to reduce the amount of single use plastics in our vending machines.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this gym since opening day and couldn’t recommend it enough - facilities are clean, staff are friendly and it’s obviously great value for money compared to competitors in the area.
Fantastic experience: The gym is great. Well kept equipment and very clean. Lots of space. The staff are great and very friendly. They make the classes really fun. Definitely got the best results in terms of both weight loss and muscle gain here.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out, and the trainers are knowledgeable, easy to approach, kind and just great people. The gym is clean and tidy and the staff make sure its kept well presented. Ample parking if you need it and easily accessible via foot and bus routes. Good amount of machines and free wights and a big selection of classes to take! Always recommend people here when they ask for a gym in the area

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the Gym Group Perth since it originally opened. The gym is consistently immaculately clean and the machines and other equipment are great. The staff at the gym consistently exhibit friendliness, helpfulness, and a willingness to make members feel at home. This gym offers all I need, and at a great price too. The fact that it's also open 24/7 means I'm not limited by what time I can visit.

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout with multiple machines to use. They have a specific weight lifting area too. The classes they do are great and you always finish feeling like you have accomplished something.
Positive experience: Best price out there in Perth. Good selection of equipment and ideal location in town. Men’s locker room needs new lockers due poor to poor treatment by some customers. A bit cramped when busy and a shame there is no separate space for fitness classes. But overall very happy with the gym.

Fantastic experience: Recently moved from another gym, staff are 10/10. Have came across Charlie, Tommy & Matthew the most and the 3 of them are all approachable, very helpful and good banter which is the most important part! They are the prime example of healthy mind and body. In terms of the gym, over last few months I have seen a huge increase in cleanliness, weights being where they should be (Most of the time, sadly still some bad eggs!). Enjoy my time at this gym.

Fantastic experience: Been going to this Gym for around 3/4 months and I’m so happy I picked this gym. The staff are incredible helpful, and always keep the place tidy when they aren’t busy with gym members! I can’t recommend this place enough! And a special thank you to Matthew, as he’s been a brilliant PT!
Positive experience: I’m satisfied with this gym but there’s lots of room for improvements. Some lockers don’t have locks or they don’t work properly. Toilets need to be a bit cleaner. On some of the equipment weights aren’t readable. I haven’t taken a session with a PT, but from the interactions I had with them, they are helpful. I recently contacted Customer Support, they took a week to reply and said that my request was ‘site-specific’ so they forwarded it to the manager. Waiting to hear from them for a few days now…

Fantastic experience: I have only had great experiences at the this gym, when i am there on my own it is very easy to move around the gym and do the work out i had planned, i attend a few classes every week which are always well thought out and there is always a different variation if there is something you cannot do, and the staff are great! I really enjoy coming to this gym !

Positive experience: Good gym - plenty of machines and free weightS. Spaces for floor work, dumbbells ect. Cardio spaces are good. Went at 6 so fairly busy, but could find spaces easily or didn't have to wait too long. No big windows into gym space except down the middle so felt plenty private. Great price and classes available which I haven't tried yet. Only things is that classes are in the same space as the main gym and also there doesnt seem to be sanitiser anywhere.

Positive experience: Decent gym but absolutely no cleaning stations. Pretty disgusting when someone has sweated all over a piece of machinery then walk away as there’s nothing to clean it down with! My wife has already quit the gym because of this and I’m soon to follow suit. Yes carbon neutral is great but paper is recyclable so don’t get where the issue is with giving us the items to be courteous to other gym members.
