Fantastic experience: Love it here! World class gymnastics hall that caters for Adult gymnastics (19:00 Sunday evenings) it also has the best gym in the area and a warm and welcoming place to be. Lovely sports centre!

Fantastic experience: Coach Duncan is absolutely amazing. In a few months he has helped me go from someone who'd never visited a gym, to losing fat and gaining muscle and doing things I never thought possible. The membership price for what you get is incredible. The gym itself is spacious and a great environment to work out. I don't have anything to compare it to but apparently the equipment is state of the art too! There are catering facilities but I've never used them and there is accommodation for sports teams and stuff. The place is very covid safe for anyone who is worried about that and all the staff in general are very friendly and helpful. I'd say if your serious about achieving your fitness goals then this is the gym for you. 10/10.

Positive experience: Great facilities, but very questionable location, as the road from Glasgow is quite narrow and contains many sharr turns.

Fantastic experience: Under 5s Free Play on Monday mornings is great for letting the kids run around in a very safe and, in places, a challenging environment. A good variety of play levels, from mega Lego blocks, bats, balls, to trampolines and foam pits.

Fantastic experience: Top sports facilities! Stayed there for 4 nights for a training camp. The only bad thing was their beds were super itchy as if there were bugs! But really good experience

Fantastic experience: Just returned from a weekend at Inverclyde Sports, where GB Police hosted Finland Police at volleyball. We have not used the facilities for nearly 20yrs, but the improvements and renovations are outstanding. The accommodation was great, modern and minimal, with extra long beds which suited out taller players.The staff were fabulous. So attentive. Nothing was too much for them. So impressed. The canteen was fine, and our official function dining was superb. In 30yrs of volley competition and events, this was the best meal I've had. Well done Inverclyde. Returning soon

Negative experience: A sport shooting facility has been closed down to put a woodland walk in its place. Since when was a woodland walk a sport. The sport shooting facility has been in place for over 40 years. Shame on you Sport Scotland.

Positive experience: My son goes to gymnastics here every week. Great facilities, and the gymnastic coaches are brilliant with the kids. It had done wonders for his confidence. The cafe has good food, teas and coffees etc. Only problem with it is I've had to ask for hot drinks to be remade on a few occasions due to just being lukewarm. But the staff are friendly and there's never a problem with doing it.

Positive experience: I've only visited the indoor area for boy's rugby matches so have marked on that. Great artificial surface to play on but as a spectator it's bloody cold!! Worse than being outside on some occasions. Also would be nice if the vending machines for tea/coffee and snacks weren't out of order so often. Unfortunately, not one of my favourite away venues.
