Positive experience: Bodymatters reasonably good gym. Everything u need to have a full body workout. Lots of car parking . Friendly staff and members. Give it a try. I am 48 years old bodybuilder and competed in natural bodybuilding shows. Have trained many young teenagers and older people who have improved and look good after hard work and diet and determination with my guidance ..i have recently competed this year after 9 years from taking a break from competing, and i managed to get to the British finals and place 3rd best in Britain! Fantastic experience: Great gym with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Large well stocked weights room, ideal for "old school" muscle building with plenty of cardio machines on the first floor to achieve all training goals.

Positive experience: Good gym with adequate facilities

Fantastic experience: beautiful joint, gaz is a ripped young creature with a lust for cold hard protein. blood, sweat and tears is required but once its over, gaz gives you a wonderful goodbye and a nice cheeky kiss ;)

Positive experience: Solid small space gym. Squat rack and bench with cardio upstairs. Worth it if you need to get your work in. Could use fresh cables on the pull machines and some plates should be trashed. Still, you can make it work!
