Fantastic experience: ****Rachael - Best personal Trainer in Nottingham****** I have been training most of my life for past 35 years and I have always trained strict and hard. For the first time ever I hired Rachael as a Personal Trainer (because of course I know best). It was the best thing I ever did because I realised how little I actually know about bodybuilding and training. Every time I leave that gym I have had the arse worked off me and apart from realising how unfit I really am in cardio. The gains and the pump I get from this training already is amazing. If you want a gym that cares about their customers, professional training from people who have been there seen it and done it then get yourself down to the gym and talk to them - Alan McClean Llb
