Fantastic experience: My daughter absolutely love going there, she has learned a lot finds everyone very friendly.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is very picky and trainer Sarah is lovely, they got on immediately which is rare for my daughter!! There is wheelchair access, her sessions have been adapted accordingly as she can't stand up and the gym is well equipped. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Good

Negative experience: I found the customer service rather appalling to be honest. I attempted to call the couch to discuss the class for my two kids, but he was 'busy in meetings' all day and asked me to text. Our texting conversation was not very fruitful... when I asked the format of the class, i.e. does it start with pad work, bag work, sparring, all I got back was 'Beginners go over basics'. When I finally came to the class with my two young kids, I was initially completely ignored for the first 5 mins even after two students pointed out to the head coach that we were waiting at the entrance. the head coach sent another coach (who was friendly), but then since my young kids weren't wearing masks, we were turned away rather rudely and told to come back with masks. I think it's wrong to ask a 9 year old to wear a mask and to rigorous exercise. The same day I went over to another club in Sutton and was welcomed far better than this club.

Fantastic experience: Great club with a welcoming atmosphere. It’s a great way to stay fit and only round the corner from my house it’s such a blessing.
