Fantastic experience: I have come back after quite few years so glad I have..I was in a can't be bothered frame mind..since starting again oh my god how good feeling already after couple of days..I can get up from a settee and walk normal and not like old old person, it is helping me 100% with my psA already..just can't wait to see myself toned and happy again.. Fantastic experience: Always a great workout. The instructors are always on hand to help out and very understanding about any exercises you can't do. But give you something else to do instead. I always feel much better after every visit.

Fantastic experience: Super place. Friendly and helpful instructors and lots of friendly ladies to share a laugh with when doing the circuit. There is also a separate room where you can do five-minute blasts on arms or legs etc. or do a full workout.
