Fantastic experience: If you need a Gym for a few days while visiting Belfast this place is great. In Particular Andy (I believe was the name, the Ginger gentleman) and Megan (I believe was her name she worked with him at reception) made me feel very welcome. I left on my second day, wishing I could become a member. Very nice staff all around and the atmosphere is good, good equipment. Will be going back if I'm in Belfast for a few days.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Bodyscape for over 2 years and enjoy going almost every day. There is a wide variety of classes and instructors and the staff are friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Andy for looking after the coffee ladies after Bodybalance on a Thursday morning. We all appreciate the great service!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym since it opened and am very happy with it. I love the wide range of classes and the gym instructors are excellent. The App is easy to use and the reception staff are so friendly and helpful. There is a lovely friendly atmosphere. Definitely the best gym I have ever belonged to.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Bodyscape for the past three years - it is a great gym with all the gym equipment needed and a pool/sauna and steam room. I would particularly mention the staff as they are always welcoming, cheerful and go out of their way to be helpful. A particular shout out to James. 100% 5 star.

Fantastic experience: Been using this facility for nearly 3 years now, travelling from Lisburn, which says a lot! Many friendly, dedicated members from all walks, creating a community feel. This is encouraged by the staff, who are very personable, yet remain professional (particular mention to James and Megan). The whole facility is cleaned religiously top to bottom. Being linked to the hotel means great opening hours too. Would love to see a separate hot tub in the spa and some more weight equipment in place of cardio, but no gym is perfect! Well deserving of 5 stars.

Negative experience: 1 star for the lack of professionalism of reception staff, who took a booking for a non-member then turned a whole family (child included) away at the door. The policy was not clear on the website (we were happy to pay in any case), and and no follow up email to my complaint came - they just ignored it.

Negative experience: Tried to cancel my membership to be told that because there are 5 days left , it's not enough notice and they want me to pay £45 again for a month I'll not have membership?? Absolute joke complete con , send my details onto a 3rd party collection agency all you want , this is Northern Ireland you'll not get a single penny off me again

Fantastic experience: Love this gym and the investment they are putting into it. Cryospa has been a great addition and I can’t wait for the spa! The staff are super friendly and always happy to help the members out. The equipment in the gym is really good, it has everything you would look for in a commercial gym, it’s definitely not your typical hotel gym! Good mix of people too!

Fantastic experience: Bodyscape is the best! I started going to attend the aqua aerobics classes which are brilliant. I have since started attending Bodybalance, Yoga & Bodypump. The staff are amazing! So friendly & they get to know you, making you feel so welcome, as I would never be one to attend the gym. When joining, you get a free personal training session (a great added bonus). The instructors are amazing. I cannot recommend Bodyscape enough. The place has everything you need from the gym, pool & plenty of classes.

Negative experience: Be careful you read terms & conditions before you commit to contract not as easy to cancel membership as it is to join.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Bodyscape Health Club Belfast for almost a year and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The exceptional facilities, top-notch equipment, expert trainers, and wide range of classes make this a top class health club. As a beginner to the gym I received great advice from staff as part of my induction. The pool, sauna and steam room are a fantastic way to relax after a workout. From the moment you walk in, members feel welcomed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. The cleaning staff work hard to keep the facilities spotless and well maintained. I highly recommend this health club and rate it five stars without hesitation.

Negative experience: Gym seems adequate. Staff all lovely but space is tired and lacks modern facilities in changing rooms. Such as the fairly standard machine which wrings your wet costume. ‘Jacuzzi’ is a cold uncomfortable pointless waste of a corner of the pool. Pool is cloudy and too small and short for swimming for fitness. Fills up easily. Overall expensive for the facilities offered.

Fantastic experience: Great gym for it's size. One of the few gyms where you have a great mix of people and no ego's. Could still get a few more machines in even with the tight space compared to some other gyms. But on the plus side the staff are fantastic the equipment is very good and the atmosphere is spot on, what more can you ask for.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a suitable swimming pool to take my elderly aunt to in order to relieve various health conditions.I rang up on Friday and was met with very friendly,helpful staff. We then visited Bodyscape a couple of days later and had a lovely time. Lauren,Megan and Catriona were all so willing to help and made the visit as pleasant as possible.I had indirect contact also with Simon and he too was very helpful. The pool is lovely and the steam room and sauna are also great ,adding to the relaxing experience.The shower was really good too. I didn’t have a tray bake in the cafe but was told they are delicious-they certainly looked it! Thanks to all for your “can do” approach.

Fantastic experience: I have been to gyms all throughout the greater Belfast area and it’s safe to say Bodyscape comes out as number one. The classes are varied and cater to all levels of fitness and experience. Not only is the gym itself modern with areas dedicated to Free weights, HIT and cardio but Bodyscape also offers pool and sauna facilities. Lastly and most importantly you will not meet a friendlier staff in any health club in Belfast.

Fantastic experience: I joined Bodyscape for my 60th. Birthday. The facilities and staff are excellent. Loads of classes daily/weekly and I have just started doing the spinning classes. The lady instructor in the Spinning class is top class. Looking forward to joining more classes and then relaxing in Sauna/Steam room and finishing off with a dip in the Swimming Pool. Great facilities, highly motivated staff with a great emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene..

Negative experience: Disappointed with Bodyscape, I informed the reception when I was in that I would like my membership cancelled as it was starting to cost me to much to travel to it and they told me no problem, I then cancelled my direct debit to be sure that no more money would come out, they then emailed me to say that I had broke the terms and conditions as they need 5 days notice to cancel even though I told reception a week prior to this, I was on a one month rolling contract and they told me I owed them money for the month and I did not pay this as I followed the correct way of cancelling, they have now passed me on to a debt collection agency which has now turned the 35£ membership to 70£ owed to the collection agency, not happy with the way they have dealt with the situation!!
