Fantastic experience: I've been training with Marcus for nearly 3 years and in that time he has become a good friend as well as a brilliant coach. He has tailored my programme to provide continual challenge and improvement and to uplift my fitness overall. Under Marcus' guidance boxing has become an essential part of my weekly routine; to burn off the stresses of work and to keep my fitness up as I get older. Everyone I have met through iMPACT has been friendly and they are a really welcoming group. I highly recommend iMPACT to anyone regardless of ability level.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for over 4 years now, and I can honestly say that it is a great place to train. The different classes held through-out the week are designed for all ages and abilities, with a good mix of bag work, pad work and circuits. Marc also offers reasonably priced and highly professional private 1-1 training, whether you are starting out in the sport or looking to sharpen up your skills with their good range of training equipment. Friendly vibes and a great place to blow off some steam!

Positive experience: Welcoming club even if you have never boxed before. The circuits at 6pm tues and thurs are as good as any I've been too...you will feel great after the sweaty session. All age groups welcomed and it's great to see young kids keeping fit so your subs are going to a great club/facility.
