Fantastic experience: Great equipment and friendly staff. Blake Robinson was on duty and saw me outside looking in. He invited me in for a show around as I explained I'd been around the local gyms to see which one to join. Blake was friendly, very informative and answered all questions. He showed me all the types of equipment, explained about PTs and classes. I was impressed so signed up as Blake sold it to me. Just did my first session in the evening. Really enjoyed using the machines. The ONLY thing I've noticed is there doesn't seem to be any wipes around to clean the machines in the evening. But that's it really. Apart from that, I've got my first achievement on my phone and can't wait for my next session. The app is great, you also get Fiit access and deals for anything from money off Disney Plus to a free case of beer. Awesome stuff. I signed up to the yearly Ultimate Membership!

Positive experience: Good gym with lots of equipment and friendly people, although it does tend to get busy. I would give it 5 stars if they had tissues/towels + disinfectant to wipe down the machines after you finish as a respect to the next person. Or to wipe it down when there is sweat on the seats. There are cleaners but they should really be wiped down after each use... So only 4 stars. Edit: also this gym is way too hot

Fantastic experience: 2 weeks in and really enjoying this gym. Facilities are really clean and obviously well looked after. Incredible range of machines and weights, all modern and well laid out. Just met Hal who explained about the free individual pt taster I can get as well as the available free classes and paid for individual training sessions. Would recommend to anyone, whatever age and fitness level.

Positive experience: Been going to gym group in Yarmouth regularly for the last 5 months. Staff members are always super friendly and helpful. Plenty of equipment, everything I’ve needed! Cleanliness of the gym is always good (cleaning of toilets and showers could be improved) but overall super happy with my experience and have no desire to move gyms :)

Fantastic experience: Gyms can be fairly intimidating, however the staff are really helpful. They have an abundance of knowledge that they share with you in a nice way especially positive. Each of the PT’s have their specialisms. The gym is always clean and always feels like a positive place to go to.

Negative experience: The gym became dirty needs a bug clean up under the machines and dust around treadmills, this is my last month and I know others leaving which is sad, they are extremely busy but yet they still decided to increase the price by two quid, remember we live in a very low income area just not fair espacially on the youngsters who is gonna leave and go to bad habbits.

Negative experience: For the second time I went to this gym, the male staff were simply rude and arrogant, they treated me like I was trash. I don't recommend or go back to that place again

Positive experience: Got everything I need. Only downside is if you want to cancel your subscription it's canceled immediately with no refund. So if you go on the 1st and then cancel on the 4th it doesn't stop on the 1st of next month it stops immediately with no refund. Compared to any other subscription service I thought this was weird. So if you need to cancel. Cancel one day before you finish your subscription.

Fantastic experience: I usually visit other places in the Gym group but was in the area so visited this one for the first time. Nice gym, a bit small but has all the kit the usual ones have and very clean. Just one issue in that the changing rooms are gender neutral (private cubicles but no mens changing room to aim for when arriving) and it isn't clear at all until you figure it out! First gym I've been to where this is the case so it was a bit confusing, a few signs would be very helpful. Other than that very good!

Positive experience: Very easy going relaxed clean I'm a big guy (overweight) yet I feel comfortable in there I go off peak and its quieter after 8pm

Fantastic experience: I've been going for about 5 months now and can honestly say that it's a great place to go. It's a big space with plenty of room for you to use free weights, machines & floor. I go after work in the very early hours between 1:30am & 4:00am so I never have a problem with getting the spot I want. Free lockers, changing rooms are secure and private, it's all good and I can thoroughly recommend it

Kered is handsome, amazing, adequate, 6"2', hairline stable and strong as well as very wise and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Came here to do my usual workout as I was on holiday. There was a bit of confusion at the turnstiles, I had paid for a day pass and it wasn't working. At the point I was about to call some customer service number a member of staff arrived and helped me out which was a huge relief. It was much appreciated! Did my workout and headed for a wash. Was very surprised to see fully enclosed shower / bathrooms. Best setup for showering I've seen at a gym. Was very impressed. Wish this was my home gym! Great stuff!

Fantastic experience: It is a very inviting and welcoming place. Come and get on with my workouts with no worries. Gym Trainers are around in case of help at all times.
