Positive experience: Decent gym but I've moved away and still been charged even though I've ask to cancel my membership they ain't helping like please can I just get my refund back like the gym and the people/staff are awesome but I've moved away and still gotten charged like why...

Negative experience: I payid there a month trial to try the gym but didnt have a time tor it so just left the month but secound month they took money from my again i tryed to call the receptionist was so rude just hung up on my while i was talking so i sent an email there to refund my money its sinse the 9th and today is 24th and still nothing dont go there as they will no give you any help if u needed terrible experience

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym, friendly staff, good equipment.

Negative experience: I bought a one month membership for September and asked the guy in service if I won't get charged afterwards because I wanted to use the gym only for one month. He said that's not a problem and that I won't get charged afterwards. Then I got also charged for October as well. I wrote a mail and they replied that I get the money back. Almost two weeks later I haven't got my money for October back, they aren't answering my mails and no one is ever picking up the phone in the gym. And I saw how the guys at the reception chilling all the time at their smartphones. They have plenty of time picking up the phone. So I got wronged here and they don't want to correct that. Don't go there if you don't want to be scammed.

Fantastic experience: I'm Kyle and I attended the circuit training tonight and I absolutely loved it and it's all thanks to the instructor louise hunt for the circuit. I always look forward to them as I'm always intreaged with what's in store for the circuit session and it never disappoints. Cant wait for the circuit next Tuesday.

Fantastic experience: Hi I'm Kyle and I'm a member at the gym and today I done Tabata circuit and I really enjoyed it and I also done power hour straight after Tabata and all I can say is both classes tonight where absolutely fantastic. And the instructor's are also helpful and exercises can be adapted for everyone

Fantastic experience: Parking was very crowded but the facilities and instructors were amazing and so down to earth. Already booked in for next week.

Fantastic experience: By far the best gym in Cardiff, staff are very welcoming and friendly! Great classes, I would highly recommend Funky Pump, it's one hour of intense training. Love it ❤ Excellent value for money!
