Positive experience: Nice enough gym with some decent, if old equipment. A little cramped but clean and very tidy. Recommended if you want to work on your strength training. Friendly staff too. £6 day pass with week passes available and monthly at £35 (Oct 24).

Fantastic experience: By far the best and most welcoming gym around! I do a few trips per year back to the UK and I always use this place. Emily brings fun to the room with her positivity and great energy and Stephen is definitely a fab motivator who encourages you to get the job done and believe in yourself. There's a wide variety of good quality workout equipment to suit all levels. Thanks for having such a fantastic environment to work out in guys! :)

Fantastic experience: Having not exercised for 20+ years, I was understandably very nervous about joining a gym. I shouldn't have been. Walbottle Health and Fitness is, in one word, awesome. The team of staff led by Emily are so friendly, patient and always happy to help. The gym is immaculately clean and there are always sprays and wipes to be found . The people who go are also so friendly and helpful and support you on your journey. If youre looking for a gym you can do no better.

Fantastic experience: Great, well equipt local gym with friendly staff ready to provide support and regular faces each week. Good mix of cardio, machines and free weights for you to train with. Supplements, water and snacks provided at the front desk as well if needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to start their health/fotness journey or looking for a local alternative to city gyms. PT services are also available! Free parking available round the back of the building
