Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic Gym, owner is investing constantly buying new equipment. This is like a gym in the states, it's huge with top of the range machines. Been a member for just 3 weeks and I'm super impressed to be honest.

Fantastic experience: I read reviews of how this is the best gym in South Wales and thought they might have been exaggerating. In terms of equipment and clean gym place it is absolutely the best in South Wales. The equipment is well maintained and there is so much choice. I was blown away. The changing rooms and showers are a bit basic, but they have a sauna in for post-workout recovery, which was nice. They have a posing room, recovery room with ice baths, even a sports massage room for an in-house physiotherapist to help keep your body in its best shape. It doesn't have a pool, so if you need that, you'd be better off going to another gym 15 minutes up the road. But if you just want a great place to work out, this is much better than the other one (that I won't name in this review).

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, I bought a one off month membership as I don't live in the UK and was back visiting family! I've Never seen a gym quite like this one in all honesty, it was a bit overwhelming and extremely busy, but I'm used to training alone in my barn!!! They have an amazing ladies gym which is better than your average full gyms ! Thai boxing class was awesome! A real highlight of the experience. The valleys are certainly very lucky to have such a space!

Positive experience: Firstly equipment is great, facilities are great, staff are friendly. Only downside is some people don't understand the concept of putting your weights away. Witnessed multiple people loading up machines and then just walking away with their bags after. It's infuriating! Other than that it's a perfect gym!

Positive experience: Closed on friday at 2am when it's meant to be open 12am to 10pm so it will probably cost you fuel for no reason sometimes but the facilities are good

Negative experience: I'm not a member of this place, but they have no respect for the residents who live near it. There is always loud music playing right through till 11pm or later. And also some of the people who use it, come screeching in to the car park or wheel spinning out. It just bloody ridiculous. I myself work early mornings sometimes, so have to be up at 4am. But I'm already awake due to the huge spotlight shinning into my bedroom. Please can you at least keep the music down to a reasonable level. Thank You

Positive experience: Just joined here and I've only used the place twice. The place has everything you need for any workout that you want to do. It's split into different areas, each area is very big and crammed with equipment. There's even a ladies only room. The changing area is okay with lockers that I find a bit small for my kit bag, but I wouldn't mark it down for that. I've not explored the class situation yet, but my peak membership includes all classes and the studio is marked out for social distancing. There's loads of sanitiser and paper towels available to clean equipment after use and everyone seem to be making use of it.

Positive experience: This gym has something to offer to everyone from beginners to experienced gym goers. Parking can get a bit nuts during peak times. However, Even when the car park is rammed the place is so big and has so much equipment that it doesn't effect your training.

Fantastic experience: If you're within an hour of this gym then this is the gym for you. Low membership prices with complimentary classes and state of the art machines, recovery room, strength and conditioning room as well as a ladies only area. The staff here are also very friendly and extremely informative with some being personal trainers. By far the best gym in my opinion

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, biggest gym i have ever seen, and rhe beat muay thai classes. Great prices and ita open 24 hours a day during week daya, not weekends. But there ia no water fountain, there are sinks in the toilets but if you don't want tap water then youd have to pay 50p for a bottle of water, which is no issue really.

Positive experience: Great staff. Great range of equipment. Downside is occasionally waiting for equipment. Need more dumbbells, benches and chest machines. Choccy boy workout kit.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the valleys. If you want a health club go to DW. If you want a pure gym then there's no better one locally. All matter of equipment aswell as functional training area. You never have to wait to use the equipment as there is so much. All for less than 20 quid a month. Been a member for 2 months and cannot fault it so far.
