Fantastic experience: The best gym I have ever attended. State of the art machines with an incredible vibe, not to mention the lighting! Staff are incredibly welcoming and amazing value for money in terms of membership prices. Would recommend anyone to join

Fantastic experience: Brilliant Gym been coming here for nearly 4 years, has everything you could need in a gym especially for building muscle and thats not just the equipment all supplements and advise is here from friendly approachable staff. Your not just a member at this gym it genuinely makes you feel part of a club a family, if you join you wont be disappointed especially if your use to using commercial gyms this gym gives you motivation without trying.

Fantastic experience: Great body building gym. They have an outside section as well and a shop I recently bought a belt for my husband and he’s really happy with it. Everybody is friendly and respectful. I had personal training there with Maria who showed me how to use the equipment that aren’t in commercial gyms. I love the variety of leg equipment they have.

Fantastic experience: So have been going here for a few months now and it's awesome. The owners are friendly and welcoming as well as helpful. They always greet you with a smile and convo. The equipment for weights is extensive and they also now have cardio machines at the new place. The other members are all friendly and will help and give advice and if you are like me not the fittest or slimmest, despite others being built, they will not make you feel like you dont belong. Conveniently located by Trafford centre with parking and easy to join, you wont be disappointed. Gym etiquette is brill and the nutrition shop will stock anything and everything you require.

Positive experience: Average gym with average equipment. -no dressing rooms -no powerlifting bars -no platform for deadlift -average price for membership Staff are friendly, but that's it. If you are bodybuilder or crossfiter this gym is for you, but if you training seriously strongman or powerlifting, than its not place for you...

Fantastic experience: Good healthy food! What more can I say?

Negative experience: Been a regular and loyal customer for just over 2 years always game them the benefit of the doubt even on 2 occasions my chicken still being raw and a few times my order has been wrong. Today I called through to order some food the phone wasn’t answered so I drove over to be told that the kitchen is being done up atm so they weren’t doing food. I suggested that they answer the phone then as I just wasted 20 minutes driving over and he said that he didn’t want to answer the phone for that reason! What a poor customer experience and I won’t ever go back I have spent hundreds of not thousands of pounds throughout the years!

And went to the greasy spoon butty van down the road.. such harsh words to use on a brand new business.. that offer a wide selection of health and fitness foods... think your more suited at McDonald's or even a trailer butty van.. clearly no knowledge of food and just complete ignorance.. I be returning to the health and fitness kitchen for more excellent food... keep up the good work guys see you soon...
