Fantastic experience: This place really is what Harrogate needs. I've been to all the gyms around and they all follow a very similar pattern. Here you have the entire place to yourself where you can focus on yourself without the pressure of people around you and fear of judgement. It caters for most needs and the flexibility regarding booking times is excellent. The price speaks for itself in value. I can't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Project Health is perfect for new starters like myself, who want to go somewhere private. It has everything you need and there’s no worrying about others being there as you can hire it for the hour, just for yourself.

Positive experience: My partner and I have been really happy with our experience so far. With it being only a short walk from home it is ideal for a quick workout on the weekend and after work. We enjoy the aspect of having the place to ourselves and I would definitely recommend to others. If I was to suggest a couple of things it would be: - To have a few more mirrors where there is space on the wall to do so as there is currently only one upstairs. - It can be cold in these winter months and the heaters tend to be off so perhaps having these turned on to a comfortable setting would help. - An option to consider for future development could be to have some sort of ‘time slot exchange system’ as it may be the case that we can’t make a Saturday so we could swap with someone else who would normally go on a Sunday for example.
