Based in North Staffordshire, KoreFitness offer a superb range of fitness classes including circuit training, spinning, personal training, physiotherapy and sports massage.
Welcome to KoreFitness. We are a small independent gym specialising in circuit classes and one to one personal training. There are a variety instructors who run the classes in their own style so whether you need to be pushed to your limits or if your still trying to find those limits there’s a class for you.
We are an established fitness club based in the heart of Silverdale, North Staffordshire. Our team of qualified instructors provide a superb range of fitness classes including circuit training, personal training, spinning and services such as physiotherapy and nutritional guidance.
