Fantastic experience: What a wonderful place. Brought our son for his birthday to have a 1:1 coaching session with Brenden. Brenden was amazing with Max. As a former sports coach myself, I was very impressed with his coaching style and the attention he paid my son. I’m recovering from surgery and was able to comfortably sit and watch. All the staff were on it managing the skate park. The food was nice and my son thoroughly enjoyed. The girl on reception was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We will be returning. Thank you for providing a quality venue with equally quality customer service

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been coming here for years, camp Graystone is her favourite place to be. She had the best week last week and came home buzzing. She loves the coaches and the whole experience. It is genuinely one of her favourite places in the world. Landing her first tail whip and double somersault topped her week. We will keep coming back.

Fantastic experience: Been here a couple of times now, once with the kids for a holiday camp and once with a group. Instructors and staff are super nice and really help the kids feel welcome. Fabulous range of activities to do. Food is fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Since discovering Graystones last year, we have become regular visitors as it’s an absolute haven for any scooter lover! There is so much for kids to do to let off steam and the bonus for any parents is the lovely restaurant that serves amazing quality food at fantastic prices. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I definitely would. xXx

Positive experience: Places that have such freestyle skiing training facilities are few and far in between and it's really good fun. However, the housekeeping and facilities need to be improved - there's no lockers and no place to change and you end up having to do it in the cafe area which is full of people and covered in bits of food. The place overall needs a good tidy up. We booked a coaching session but the ski instructor called in sick last minute which was a bit unprofessional. Luckily, the snowboard instructor gave us some decent tips and was very apologetic and nice. The equipment was also a bit janky and should be updated.

Positive experience: Great place for skateboarding and bmx riders. Loads of space. Variety of skill levels. Trampolining and wall climbing as well. Worth booking for 4 hours. Take a flask of water. It will be needed.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely awesome place, had my lads 10th birthday there today and he had the best time with all his friends, the crew we're super helpful and went above and beyond.

Negative experience: Skatepark has some interesting obstacles but the ramps haven't been cleaned in way too long, skatepark etiquette dosent exist and it's flooded with kids under ten. Food was alright

Fantastic experience: Took the kids with their scooters. Lovely place very nice, great skatepark with plenty of ramps. Cafe and seating area very comfortable with a good choice of food and drink. Have been to other skate parks in warehouses but they don't match up to this which is very modern and well maintained.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly fun, good prices for food, drink and renting (scooter/skateboard/bike) £6 for 2 hours and you can just switch whenever. Great and cheap 2 hours of fun.

Positive experience: I would advise going there if you are in the local area. It's an excellent skatepark, with a trampoline and gymnastics area too. The plaza area can get busy at about 3 pm. They have a mega ramp to a rezy and a foam pit for air trick practice. Wear a helmet and knee pads, please. Friendly staff with a cafe with skatepark view.

Positive experience: It is a good skatepark but I don’t like how nothing is connected and there is no wooden box unfortunately even I came the resi was closed but the foam pit is good. The “mega ramp” section where the foam pit and resi is, is the best part the rest is alright

Fantastic experience: The arena picture is the main part. At the back, you can see the ramps. These lead to either landing platforms or foam puts for safe landing. Separate areas for smaller kids, trampolines and rock climbing. Kids menu prices. Burger, chips and peas - 7.50. And yes on on-site massage facilities.

Positive experience: Was busy when I went due to camp Graystone but apart from that it is really good

Fantastic experience: Outstanding skate facility. Went there to inline skate for the first time today having pre booked a 2hr session online the day before. Check in had been hassle free, just provided my name and the lady on reception sorted my wristband and the helmet I rented (also paid for online). Plenty of space to get set up to skate, not sure if that would be the same outside of school hours. Park was pretty quiet during 11 til 1 session on a Friday afternoon, had a mix of disciplines using the park while I was there, but most of the time was able to get a section of the park to myself. Bar service was good, nice having the skate hut store on site too. Only negative for me was that it looked easier to get to on foot from Salford crescent train station, reality was that I had to walk about 10 to 15 mins to get over the train tracks and busy dual carriageway. That's more of a heads up for anyone going by train for the first time though, the park was faultless, try it.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic indoor venue for all extreme sports. Brought two boys who had a blast while my husband and I enjoyed our coffee/beer while watching them.

Fantastic experience: We booked in for my child's 5th birthday party. I was a little apprehensive but it was amazing. The party guide was so brilliant with the kids, he did a really good job getting them all involved. The party room came with its own phone and speakers, loads of space. It was amazing!

Fantastic experience: I couldn't believe that this was so close to Salford Crescent. Really glad we found it. Initially I thought it was expensive, but once inside that was soon forgotten as it is massive, has a great cafe, bar, plenty of seating, different areas and activities for the kids. They have already asked if they can go to the summer holiday club!

Fantastic experience: Staff we're super friendly and accommodating. We were booked for 4pm-8pm and we're able to change our booking on the day to fit our schedule. I didn't mention on the booking that it was a friend's bday but they help us celebrate by providing a candle for us to celebrate with a candle lit donut. We ended up spending 9hours at the venue. Amazing!!

Fantastic experience: Looked for ages to find somewhere with an open session on a sprung floor and this place was wonderful. Fun and inclusive vibe, and really good facilities.

Fantastic experience: My 11 year old son decided, out of the blue, about 6 months ago that he was going to learn to skateboard. We started going to Graystone and fell in love with the place. We now go every Sunday and Ellis is really progressing with skateboarding. He is now obsessed! The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and have been hugely supportive. And you can sit have nice food and coffee in a nice atmosphere while your kids expend a load of energy doing things you only wish you could do! Very highly recommended. Oh, they do great kids parties too!

Fantastic experience: when today and what can i say its amazing i took me and my daughter and normally id say 2 hours was a bit to much but it wasnt it was great the amount of activity's we did it in that 2 hours was wow im really blow away with the place ill definitely be going back and if my daughter had her way she would go back the next day we paid 28 for the 2 hour session and i would say its worth that money all day long

Fantastic experience: What a place! Just go and do it - indoors, no cold, no rain, no wind! Everyone seems happy and accepting of all levels and disciplines, just teach yer kids not to snake people please. It’s a tad pricey, if you’re going often. The cafe is really good though.

Fantastic experience: The coolest place for kids. I door skate park, scooters, BMX, trampolines, freestyle gymnastics similar to parkour, bouldering... it's legit. The Cafe is fab, great food and coffee. My daughter loves it.

Fantastic experience: One of the best Skateparks I've been to. It has a lot to offer all levels of skaters. It Can be busy on weekends but they have evening sessions for skateboarding only, BMX only etc and also have coached sessions to help learn or perfect tricks. It has a Cafe/Bar which is top quality and overlooks the park so Parents can grab a coffee and watch from the balcony. There's also a stocked skate/bike shop downstairs in case you need parts during your session. They just need some bedrooms and I could move in and never leave

Fantastic experience: Amazing friendly service and help from Lemon who with less the 6 hours notice helped to arrange a last minute party for 4 , 11 year olds. Ollie the coach did a fantastic job looking after them with taster lessons in Scootering skateboarding and trampolining and they all loved, jumping into the big foam pool. Food was fantastic as well. Nice and fresh chicken strips (chicken breast coated in panko crumbs ) We will be returning for some open sessions and group lessons in skateboarding. Also the skate shop downstairs is brilliant as well, great value and friendly and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing place with incredible facilities. Just a shame we don't live closer so I can only hope they expand to Leeds first and then beyond.

The food is actually up there can’t knock it . Staff friendly and helpful too. We took advantage of the shop there too my son bought some new wheels for his scooter

Negative experience: ***Please read entire thread to understand this review*** Staff behaviour certainly considered anti semitic. Unacceptable. Called ahead of visit, was told plenty bikes available. Got there, was given the once over and told no bikes available. Staff behaviour made it clear they weren't interested in us being there. Called again 10 minutes later to be told by staff on the phone there are plenty bikes available. Follow up: Further to your reply below, I am not accusing the business owners or the directors of anti semitism. I said staff behaviour! To be clear, I called up almost immediately after being told there are no bikes available, to be told by a very nice lady that there are plenty available, for all ages. There was a staff member who first flatly refused to provide bikes that were supposedly reserved by this party, then proceeded to make numerous excuses about why the bikes on site weren't available. The parties for the most part brought their own scooters, only few were rented from the facility. Additionally, stating the business aspect as reason for my comments as being ridiculous, and saying previous experiences by other members of the Jewish community, do not count towards the experience today. The behaviour today at your facility can certainly be considered anti semitic. I trust the staff involved with this episode will understand that at times like these, treating people with the slightest bit of dignity and respect goes a long way. 2nd Follow up: I do appreciate the forthcoming response. I will happily say the facility is exceptional, and worth a visit for those interested in these types of sports. Well located, decent parking, clean facilities etc. Nevertheless, I stand by my words, and given my phonecall to the facility as previously mentioned, would lead me to certainly consider the contentious aspect of religion/race may have played some part in this. I trust this is an isolated incident that hopefully will never be repeated. Thank you for your offer of hosting the kids, but please pass that kindness on to the next Jewish family that attend your facility.

Fantastic experience: Fan of trampoline parks but they don't have these type of good trampolines, this place has a big 14x14 ft supertramp, 2 super bouncy trampolines going into an airbag and a single bouncy trampoline next to them on its own, learnt 3 new tricks there where I couldn't practise them anywhere else and am so grateful to have come here to do them, you basically have complete freedom without a staff members eyes constantly watching over you for the second you go in the wrong, there's none of that, everyone is friendly there and you can move the equipment around in the gymnastics area and can do whatever you want with it, will definitely go again

Fantastic experience: Fantastic for all ages and abilities, staff are friendly and very helpful and always on the go. The whole place very clean for a sports center which is very re-assuring, great selection of drinks on site and food is really nice. Would recommend for a day out with family as parents can relax upstairs in comfort in the bar/restaurant area while kids can use all areas and have fun.

Fantastic experience: We came for two days from Cornwall and throughly enjoyed it. Great skatepark that’s well designed and thought-out for all levels. All the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful in every way. The staff are a credit to the facility. Highly recommended for any skill level or experience.

Fantastic experience: Every time I come here I thoroughly enjoy myself. I have visited a few times now and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Though sometimes there are many littleuns floating about, the staff are quite good at making sure they don’t cause too much havoc and you can still use the trampolines and foam pits

Positive experience: Great fun place for children and adults to hang out. Be ready to spend whole day with family. Food is very nice and tasty but a little pricey. There is a room for children who want to celebrate birthdays. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free wifi is top notch. Ample free parking space.

Positive experience: Very pricey. Do not get the cold food options was very poor. What we ate left us feeling very sick! We were so hungry we did actually eat some of it. It was quite embarrassing to have to take it back to the bar so just left it on the table and we left. It put my friend right off eating there. He said he wouldn’t eat there ever again. He had cold BLT and I had vegan/vegetarian wrap with huge freezing cold mushroom inside was like eating a slug! Not good at all. left the wraps was the worst wraps we ever tasted. Hugely disappointed as have ate there before and it’s been quite lovely but again extremely pricey.

Fantastic experience: Good place to take kids and older ones to skate, blade, scooter at the fabulous indoor park. Staff very welcoming. Ramps have different ability ranges, some not for the faint hearted. We went on a fairly hot summer day and the place was not busy. Expect this is different on rainy days. Lessons available, but we had the 2 hours free play session which is worth the fun. Nice cafe for drinks and food if you're staying to watch.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend for any Skateboard scooter BMX enthusiasts. My son had a brilliant day. Cafe with Wi-Fi access for parents/carers Cafe does brilliant food.

Negative experience: Go to Depot to climb instead. The wall is clearly an afterthought giving way to the ramps. Its hot being on the mezz', told to put shirt back on as i was hot, no water tap. Have to be 16 to climb the rope and told you need an induction to climb it.

Fantastic experience: Here now for a kids party, definitely worth the price… the place is clean and modern with loads going on and the food for the party looks good too Jarrod has been amazing and kept the kids entertained all the way through wall climbing and freestyle gymnastic activities. If you want a fun packed venue, this is the place!

Fantastic experience: The graystone Skate park is amazing and well worth a visit. The facilities far outweigh expectations and the staff are to be commended for their kindness and patience. The service and attention to detail is a pleasure to experience. The view bar is exemplary. Hats off to the chef who is clearly a food magician. Really great quality and cooked well (not just burgers and fries) healthy options available and the standard menu is brilliant . Kids options but excellent choices for adults And specials too. Fantastic experience: What a fantastic place. Had a 2 hour open session with 9yr old daughter. Tried scootering, skateboarding, trampolines (jumping onto an airbed), climbing ... Equipment to hire at very reasonable rates, and the staff are super friendly and helpful, and attentive to ensure everyone is acting safely. The website doesn't go into any detail about structure of activities, or planning, because actually it's just up to you on the day to decide what to do, how and when.

Fantastic experience: Came for skateboard purchase in the attached shop so had to eat while waiting for it to be built and not disappointed. Excellent coffee and the food is first class. Very tasty. A couple of vegan options which is always a plus when you have a vegan to cater for. Very friendly staff too everyone seems very happy to be working there. We didn't use the facilities, but look very good with a variety of activities a big area for viewing and adults seemed to be using WiFi with some peace while the kids had fun. Plenty of parking and just off of the motorway.

Fantastic experience: I had my sons 7th birthday party here tonight and I am writing this review tonight because of the absolutely amazing time they all had. Ben and Erin I can not thankyou enough you are amazing so attentive so good with the kids. Absolutely over the moon with itreally appreciate all your efforts thankyou again. Fantastic experience: Been taking my lad to Graystone for over a year now, we absolutely love this place, all the facilities are amazing, there's something here for everyone, from beginners to experts. The staff are very friendly and welcoming & I feel my lad is safe when he is there. My lad rides scooter and I believe you won't find better coaching staff anywhere else, with help from Jack, Jordan & Ben my lad has progressed so much with his skills and confidence. After visiting many other skateparks all around the country, Graystone is still on top!

Fantastic experience: i attended a party here at the weekend and i have to say its the best kids party i have been too! the whole experience left me and my son talking about it all weekend, The staff the place the food! ive just ended up booking my sons 7th birthday here now for april, the coaches was so good with the little ones and so supportive. i cant wait for my boys birthday now :) if you want a different party venue instead of the usual softplay here is your place!!

Fantastic experience: Great place, been here before, came back for a child's party. Staff were brilliant, 2 guys looking after the party, Ben and another guy, both were great. The kids enjoyed being taught by them and the other parents thought they did well at managing and teaching them. Food was great, I have eaten here before and the cafe is excellent

Fantastic experience: My son has been coming here a few weeks for skateboard lessons. Honestly cannot fault the staff at all. Every single member of the team are welcoming and supportive and cannot seem to do enough for you i am yet to see a single one who doesnt look like they love their job. Very attentive to the people practicing and often give out instruction even when not In a lesson. I would highly recommend ordering something to eat here the food is absolutely resteraunt quality great portions after an active session and really reasonable price.

Fantastic experience: Had my first visit here along with my first ever Skateboard lesson. My coach Gabriel was very patient and I progressed a lot more than I was expecting. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and I will definitely be coming back for another lesson.

Negative experience: Came 2 hours to ride the foam pit as I work in the evenings was closest to me available. To find it closed be nice if the website said something about it.

Fantastic experience: Just got back from our son's 6th Birthday party here. He had the best time and I couldn't fault any part of it. The guys who entertained the 17 boys aged 5/6 were amazing and the food was delicious, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this place and I'm certain most of the other parents will be back again.
