Fantastic experience: I joined this gym whilst I'm in the UK to keep up with some training! I must say, it's affordable even for a one off month, friendly atmosphere, and friendly staff, a good variety of equipment to suit all! Brynmawr is lucky to have such a space on their doorstep...

Fantastic experience: Lovely gym, very reasonable monthly price and deals, variety of machines and rooms available. Staff are professional, approachable and friendly. I've been to many gyms and am very, very new to lifting so was always very self conscious in the past, but never felt as comfortable as I do here. Really lives up to it's 'community' name. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: Love this place when I get the chance to go, Great local gym with all you need, coffee machine for that shot of caffeine before a workout or for recovery. Pre made meals available if your interested.

Negative experience: Love this gym go regularly but my boyfriend left his earphones in there after his session we didnt realise until we got home so i rang the gym a boy answered he was really rude i asked him could he have a look before be we drove all the way back, he said I'm too busy at the moment ill look later when the gym is quieter? Fair enough but there £200 pair of head phones so I explained and said were they would of been left he finally said he would look so he went for all of 30 seconds! came back an said no sorry they ain't here? So i messaged someone else i knew that worked at the gym and he text back not long after and said they were there and put them behind counter so we could collect them!! Thank you too this person it is very appreciated!!! Think some staff need to learn how deal with customers service!!!

Fantastic experience: Great local gym with a great choice of classes , staff are very friendly and always give you a warm welcome , also lovely little coffee shop to have coffee and protein shakes after your workout to meet new members

Fantastic experience: Did Bokwa class tonight @ 6.30 - 7.30pm Really enjoyed this class it was first time I did Bokwa and I really enjoyed the work out. The instructor was great made us all feel comfortable and we had a laugh as well. Will certainly look forward to doing some more classes here.. There’s a lovely warm welcome and great atmosphere. The staff are really friendly and make you feel so welcome A big Thank you to all the staff.
