Fantastic experience: Visited in June 2021 when it was a humble hybrid gym for those who enjoy both bodybuilding and CrossFit. Have returned 3 years later and has only got better! Fantastic kit, rarely busy in the daytime, well maintained and staff very friendly. Has a really nifty unstaffed entrance to come and go as you please - overall had some excellent strength sessions whilst we've been on holiday in the local area. Only improvements needed are nicer toilets and more supps.

Fantastic experience: A smaller gym than I'm used to, but, a biased opinion as I live in a big city and this gym is in a tiny place in Wales. Using it whilst working away, £29.99 for 24/7 access a month really isn't to bad. The equipment selection is good enough for a full body workout but I imagine would struggle for space when it fills up. 4.30am before work I have the gym to myself so no issues there. Great gym, friendly staff and also offer classes I'd wanted. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Looove this gym, travel 40 mins most days to go. Loving the PT sessions and evening classes, this gym even has 24/hr access! No judgement just nice people and the owner is great, has everything you could ever want or need. 10/10 would recommend.

Great physical training instruction, fantastic range of equipment and an awesome, upbeat, friendly atmosphere- always some good tunes playing too. Highly recommended ♥️

Fantastic experience: Great Gym. Been having PT with Oli for a year or so now, and getting stronger each week Gym is well equipped with a good space for all kinds of workouts!

Negative experience: Ignorant staff. Just ignore your texts and calls.

Fantastic experience: Found this gym whilst on holiday and it's fantastic. Very reasonable for a week pass and it's packed with great equipment and plenty of weights

Fantastic experience: Visiting Wales from Zimbabwe - found this gym and thoroughly enjoyed using it! Website - simple and effective. A range of memberships available; very reasonable prices, particularly the weekly membership which we enjoyed; simple sign up and access. (Just note that the weekly membership only pops up as an option after you select day membership). The gym itself - well stocked with a range of well maintained machines and equipment; good space for free-weight sessions; very clean and pleasant. The staff were great - informative, helpful and friendly (both on the phone and in person). It was also fantastic to learn that the gym is a small local business. Think maybe more ablutions (showers and toilets) could be an area for future growth - but that's to be expected in a young gym. I would always rather the initial priority to be quality, maintained equipment (which West coast fitness provides!) as one can always shower at home! Highly recommend this gym to anyone staying in or visiting the area Thanks Olly and Sharon. Wishing you guys all the best for the future.

Fantastic experience: In my experience this has always been a brilliant gym.I love that is filled with good robust equipment in great condition. This is a serious gym with a vast array of weight training kit from light weight to is that even humanly possible?? Olly and Sharon are great and often help when needed. I especially like how clean the place is...I never have the feeling that I have to clean something down before I use it. This is vitally important to me in this time of multiple nasty viruses around...being in such a large space makes it feel really well ventilated too. Another great thing is the gym now has 24 hour access depending on the membership you buy.....finally a gym in Lampeter for shift workers and weird people like me who like to train at strange times! I only wish it had a sauna and ice cold plunge pool ....as there is nowhere in Lampeter central that does and I'm pretty old school when it comes to the added health benefits these items bring.
