Fantastic experience: This really is an excellent gym. Both Juraj and Maria are both Top-quality personal trainers, who really know alot when it comes to fitness. I've just joined and have been made to feel very welcome. Juraj and Maria offer a very personalised and friendly service and are clearly very passionate about what they do, to a point where I get a sense that they want me to achieve my goals as much i do.

Fantastic experience: Juraj is an incredible trainer. Although I don't live locally, I've trained with him whenever I can over this last year. The sessions are varied with a combination of bodyweight and resistance training, making sure I've reached the limit of what I can perform on the day. Despite being an irregular trainee, Juraj is always interested in my progress and is super encouraging with his advice. I would love to be able to train with Juraj weekly, and do highly recommend him to anyone looking for a PT or a gym where one is known and the atmosphere is personal.

Fantastic experience: I’ve belonged to gyms around the world and have to say that this is a real gem. Juraj and Maria are friendly and incredibly knowledgabl, and work with clients of various fitness levels and well as having members use the gym for their own routines. It has everything an experienced bodybuilder would want, and everything a gym newbie could need. Though small, it is never over crowded. Free parking at M&S is also a plus. I travel from Watford to here as Juraj’s reputation as a trainer is renowned. Highly recommend this gym and the PT sessions

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Juraj highly enough. I’m a 51 year old man and an experienced runner. I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to Juraj and his dedication and knowledge has meant that he’s been able to work round injuries sustained outside the gym and leave me seeing progress I never knew was possible. I originally joined and the fact that he wrote a plan for me to follow on my own when I visited was incredibly helpful. I’m pleased I opted to train with him in PT sessions as it has meant so much more progress. The Dad bod is gone, and I’m much more confident, fitter and healthier. Thank you.

Negative experience: Tiny gym, over priced and overall disappointing. Don't respond to emails regarding classes and when you then turn up assuming its a drop in they have attitude. Save your money

Fantastic experience: A fantastic gym run by Juraj and Maria. It is not one of those soulless, mechanised gyms, it is one with immense character. Juraj is a class act that helped me loss a whole lot of weight and put on lots of muscle. Couldn’t rate it higher!!!!

Fantastic experience: I needed a gym for a few months whilst working nearby in Rickmansworth. Juraj made me feel very welcome and it was easy to get going straight away with workouts. The gym (although small) has everything you need in it, and unlike more commercial gyms, isn't crowded. I never had to wait to use the equipment I wanted, which is awesome when tight on time! There are lockers in the changing rooms and shower facilities, so it's easy to workout before work. No fuss, no issues, just an easy and welcoming place to train

Fantastic experience: I started training once a week with Juraj and coming on my own 2-3 times, roughly 3 months ago from not knowing much about the gym at all and weighing in at 57.8kg. In 3 months I have gained nearly 9.3kg, Juraj has just been fantastic giving me confidence and making me feel comfortable the whole way whilst also giving expert muscle growth and nutritional advice. Body coach gym is on big family everyone is so nice and wants you to do well. Juraj is an amazing Pt and has changed my life!

Fantastic experience: Bodycoach Gym is run by Juraj and his partner Maria who are both extremely friendly, well informed and attentive to everyone's needs. One thing which separates this gym from almost all others I've been a member of is a sense of welcoming and belonging. Even though I never attended a PT session with him, Juraj has always pushed and motivated me to stay on top of my training and has given me numerous tips and guidance throughout my time here. Although the gym is not massive, it has everything you need for cardio, strength training, as well as a punching bag and equipment - I never found myself waiting around to use any equipment. The owners always keep the place tidy and well equipped, and are open to feedback and suggestions. If you are looking for a good local gym, with friendly staff I would definitely reccomend Bodycoach Gym

Fantastic experience: I run The Osteopathic House in Rickmansworth and as such, seek excellence in Personal trainers and those with a depth of health knowledge. Juraj has- quite simply an excellent reputation and deservedly so. He lives, breaths and acts all things health. His knowledge and level of care is exceptional. We are lucky to have him and the gym so close.

Fantastic experience: It is great gym. Owner have very personal connections with each client. Even if you just buy a monthly pass he will try to help you. The second great thing is they are located on high street. They have everything what right gym supposed to have. Im very happy to visiting it. And I highly recommend to join it.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Bodycoach Gym for over a year. Previously I was with William Penn and Pump Gyms before that. I can say with certainty the level of knowledge both Juraj and Maria have is incredible. They both care immensely about their clients and will ensure you hit your goals. You train with experts not novices! I Should have joined years ago and not wasted my time at other gyms!

Fantastic experience: I have been a gym member at BodyCoach for over 15yrs and I cannot thank Juraj and Maria for keeping me fit and healthy. When I started to develop osteoporosis Juraj kept me focused on exercise that would help to restore my bone density - it did and the consultant that I was seeing was most impressed. All thanks to Juraj and Maria. PT is great and so are the Metafit classes. The gym is well equipped, it’s tidy and very clean and so friendly.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended - a small friendly gym with excellent training results knowledge and advice along with personal sessions my trainer in the past has got me back in 7 weeks from a bad skiing injury. I was given the support and confidence to be able to train and work around the injury. The trauma & orthopaedics consultant was very impressed with results and was full of praise for my trainer for his knowledge of rehabilitation…… thank you Juraj

It is a great little community run by people who passionately care about your health & fitness and will do all that they can to support you. It has everything you need to attain your goals. The place is a real hub for friendly local people in the Rickmansworth area that makes everyone feel welcome. There is no other gym in the area that competes with its location, friendliness, expertise and overall fitness offering.

Fantastic experience: This gym is not for posers; it’s a proper training gym and I love it! I have trained for all my adult life and generally within the big, swanky gyms. Training with Maria at Bodycoach for the last 4 years is, hands down, the most effective training I have ever done. If you want a more personal experience with good equipment, Bodycoach is the place for you - and PT with Maria or Juraj highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: For 9 years I have been a member and trained with both Maria & Juraj at Bodycoach Gym. They are really welcoming, informative and helpful. I’ve not reached levels of fitness like this until I sought advice and went on to do PT with them both. If you want to condition your body and build a healthy relationship with food and fitness, this is the gym for it!

Fantastic experience: I only came here to train once as I was staying with a friend, but already looking forward to returning to this gym next time I visit! The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, and the gym has a really good range of free weights, kettlebells, resistance machines etc. Great gym!
