Fantastic experience: Proper old school gym with great well used equipment, even have a camber bar smith machine which I haven’t seen before, stopped in on my break at work, 5 pound for a day pass way cheaper than other gyms like pure gym etc. and a much nicer atmosphere, guy who worked in there was super friendly and knowledgeable, if I lived in the area this would be the gym I’d go to

Fantastic experience: Hidden Gem behind Pizza Hut Locking Rd. Professional back to basics gym environment. More that 40 exercises on machines downstairs and 24 more upstairs. Protein powder plus supplements. Plus a range of ladies and mens T-shirts & Vests. Gym instructor and friendly staff. Great for a coffee.
