Fantastic experience: I could not rate this Gym enough . Very friendly welcoming staff was made to feel very welcome upon joining just over a year ago . Good selection of free weights and cable / restistant machines with a fully equipped boxing/Matialarts gym all under one roof my love for boxing has been fulfilled!! Weather you fancy trying out martial arts /Kick Boxing / boxing /Mau thia or are experienced you will feel at home here. Or even if your just looking to keep trim and fit there's more than enough facilities and helpful people to get you were you want to be .
