Fantastic experience: It’s a lovely gym. What I like the most about it that they do really good classes for women like introducing weight lifting which I love. I found it never too over crowded. Staff are very friendly and helpful . Parking free for 2 hours is a bonus.

Not only do I feel stronger and more energetic, but I also haven’t gotten sick since I began my journey here. The facilities are top-notch, the staff is super supportive, and the positive environment makes working out something I actually look forward to. Thanks to this gym, I’m in the best shape of my life!

Negative experience: Too busy, nothing to clean machines down with, too many teenagers and people messing around.

Negative experience: I find it unhealthy that the air conditioning is blowing on the highest setting in the back of your head, especially when the temperature outside is 10°. Lowering the level of the air conditioning would help, bearing in mind that summer is over. While I was training, I couldn't find any cleaning products (spray, wet wipes, or paper rolls) to clean the sweat that people leave on the benches. I find this unacceptable. Most of the people in the gym don't use a towel, and all the benches are full of sweat. Also, this statement: "Having cleaning stations has resulted in a significant increase in the amount of paper waste, and we are focused on minimizing our waste as part of our commitment to Net-Zero," mentioned in one of the replies, makes no sense. The gym needs to be clean and healthy for the users first, and then you can focus on other things; otherwise, you will lose clients. It would help a lot to get one more dual-action pulley machine, as they are taken most of the time. I can't use the shopping center parking because of the extremely narrow width restriction at the entrance. I don't recommend trying to get in, as you're going to damage your alloy wheels. I like the gym because it has a lot of weights, and the equipment is new but I would consider the things mentioned above.

Fantastic experience: Fairly recent joiner. Much cheaper than my previous 24 hour gym, much cleaner with more variety and more of each piece of equipment. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a gym in the area.

Fantastic experience: New gym in Welwyn, so affordable and clean, has all the equipment that you would need and plenty of space so it doesn’t feel cramped. Great location just next to the train station. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Nice gym not overly busy close to station

Negative experience: There is no cleaning equipment, all equipment are dirty and covered in sweat from other users. In the ads they show many cleaning stations with antibacterial wipes. But in reality there is none. Also it's usually incredibly crowded, around 50-70 people. The equipment is new but the gym is dirty and super packed. Also, I never ever saw any staff at any time. There is a lot of but they are really cutting on staff so you are on your own, good luck.

Negative experience: They increased the gym membership prices since opening by a lot more for no reason. Cool. Forgot to mention that the vending machines doesn't accept Google pay.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to all the classes apart from the hit one which I think would be too much for me. Maybe I’ll try one day. The classes are great and instructors very helpful and keep an eye on everyone. Sometimes I think the music in Aaron class is a bit loud but he does also turn it down as well. Well down all

Fantastic experience: Gym Group is by far my fav gym company and I’ve been a member of a few over the years … it’s spacious, everything is clean and it has everything I need from a gym. All the instructors are so friendly and helpful if I’ve ever needed help. Alex created me a plan for my induction and comes over to check how I’m getting on which I really appreciate. I feel so comfortable here and really enjoying getting back into the gym. Recommending to anyone I can ☺️

I love the app which has so many features such as live gym capacity, book classes, activity tracker. Rob is always smiling & happy to chat no matter how busy or in demand he is. Added bonus of 2hrs free parking in the Howard centre.

Negative experience: Signed up for 12mths. Guy called booked induction and went no one there. Rang bell another guy came out was really rude and dismissive and said guy who booked didn't put in his diary. I asked if could activate my pin Said he would went there again next day Pin not working.I am paying for a useless service. Can I cancel as my old gym is much better and professional
