Positive experience: No changing rooms or showers. Good amount of equipment for a small gym. Good for classes like Yoga and Pilates, HIIT etc. Can sometimes be noisy when spin classes are running.

Fantastic experience: I have just started with the strength training sessions twice a week and although the sessions are challenging, it is a really great atmosphere and thoroughly enjoyable. Jo always makes sure that everyone has the right technique to get the most out of the session but also to avoid any injury. I recommend aspire2fitness to anyone that wants to either get fit again, stronger or wants to have some run coaching to progress further and achieve their goals..
