Fantastic experience: Tyson trained me when I was an young kid and if I would of listened I'm sure I could of gone far a very good patient trainer he trained me when I lived at Heron House.

Negative experience: Never been, don't know about it but have seen several folks in their banded hoodies out and about. Face masks in shops? Nah. Observing social; distancing? Nah. Safe to assume the branded clothing identifies them as either a patron or employee. Hardly screams safe with the current climate. If that's the sort of thoughtless and selfish individuals who go to or work at this establishment then it's best left alone.

Positive experience: Great place to workout and be able to shed weight. Memberships are at good price; the exercise machines, dumbbells and kettlebells and hand held machines e.g. skipping ropes are great to use.
