Fantastic experience: Been using this gym while on holiday in Northumberland. Excellent equipment and very quiet at 5am.

Positive experience: Great little gym in amble. 24hr is great for me. The only negative for the gym is there is no heating so it can get very cold in the winter.

Fantastic experience: Proper lifters gym! It’s only a small unit but they have absolutely everything and not a square foot is wasted. By far the best in the area. I am working away so buzzing to have found this place. £5 for a day pass. It was a little tricky getting sorted with entry - use the website, create account and buy the membership you want and download the app as per instructions in the email you get sent. Class!

Fantastic experience: Had a problem with access the gym messages the Facebook page and got straight back intouch at 9.00 at night was not expecting it and are helping me in the morning with the issue, gyms great good atmosphere and good equipment changing room hand sanitiser, will be coming back for sure

Fantastic experience: For someone who has little gym experience, but wants a to get fit, it can be quite intimidating and a bit of a drag going to any gym. I've never really found somewhere with a good variety of equipment, classes and people... however Apex Health & Fitness has it all! There's something for everyone here! The equipment is top of the range, the growing classes timetable suits all abilities and they're a great way to meet new people too! Not to mention I was instantly put at ease by Dan and Kirk; really friendly and helpful lads! Would definitely recommend!
