Fantastic experience: Amazing gym!! Joined about 18 months ago weighing in at over 111kg. Now at sub 93kg and feeling good. Russ and the team work so hard making everyone welcome and help is always there. Top PTs and best classes available anywhere. Thank you guys!!

Fantastic experience: Exert is a great local Gym, who made me feel very welcome from the start many years ago. All staff members that are part of the gym are always helpful and supportive. It’s a family run gym to which they organise events throughout of the year for such great course's and raise money for charity's. also Russ and jade and back room Staff go up and beyond to bring the local community together so there’s a vibe around the gym and positive social side. There are classes put on everyday to cater for all ages and everyone is friendly throughout the gym. The gym is always trying to build and improve which I have seen in recent years and glad to be a part off as have made life long friends. overall a great local gym for all user’s ⚫️⚪️

Fantastic experience: An amazing family run gym that offer anything you can think of to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether youre inexperienced or experienced, they can help everyone. The gym its self has everything you need and more! The staff are friendly, approachable and always there to offer help or advice. The vibe and feeling is second to none! They offer a wide variety of classes and programs throughout the week/days that all are welcome too. PTs are the extra mile that the staff go to, making sure that you are staying on track and getting the best out of your experiences at exert. I personally have not got a single bad word to say about exert and love being part of the exert family!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Exert Gym for many years (since it was opened). I love the atmosphere there, everyone is really friendly, staff are fab and always happy to help. It's not a gym full of egos and is a gym where I have made many friends!! Would absolutely recommend Exert to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: Exert is the perfect gym for us. always a warm welcome from Russ and the team. Always plenty of classes on the planner. Exert is a fully equipped and Russ is constantly updating renewing the kit. I recommend signing up personal training sessions to get the max benefit from your gym time .

Russ (the owner) provides excellent personal training and goes above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Exert has been a life changing gym experience for me. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great Gym, really good equipment with a good atmosphere and even better music . The owner Russ, is a really friendly approachable guy, whose always happy to help. Would definelty reccomend to any gym goer, weither new to training or a veteran
