Fantastic experience: It's a good gym it's clean not overly busy. It's 24/7 so it's not restricted

Negative experience: Poor service and weird egos with the Snap Fitness trainers. It’s run like an independent business, not a brand, meaning - whoever you speak to in the Snap Fitness team is the rules of that moment. Jodie in particular is the worst for this and has a really strange condescending manner. It’s inconsistent and lacks good customer service. The equipment is good and it’s good if you go when staff aren’t there as it’s hassle free. Apart from, you can never easily get in, the door doesn’t work properly and typically other members need to buzz you in. The Contours gyms are better value with more variety in both classes and gym options, and the staff are really nice (no egos).

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming and friendly staff, good value for your money. Great equipment. Always really clean. The door sometimes doesn't work but I'm hoping that will get sorted at some point so I can do my late night workouts.

Positive experience: I wish there was another option locally. If they had competition they might actually make an effort! The staff are at best disinterested, at worst rude. They don't seem to bother fixing anything. I told them about a faucet that didn't turn off: *shrug*, the shower that turns off after 4 seconds: *shrug* "guess you're having a quick shower", the door lock system which is always faulty: *shrug*, someone is filming his workout and I don't want to be in his footage: *shrug*. One of their staff parks his incredibly muddy bike in the only accessible toilet, I haven't bothered saying anything about that because I can predict how helpful they'd be.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym with good machines and classes. The staff are approachable and friendly.

Positive experience: Well equipped gym, with no waiting about for equipment. Helpful staff. A good selection of classes, which are included in your membership fee. Not a poseur in sight, so it feels comfortable for anyone starting out with a new exercise programme.

Positive experience: Jane was very welcoming and helpful with great knowledge about the gym as a company. I had a show around then a free session. Easy to use gym with minimal fuss.

Fantastic experience: Good gym although the door drives me mad and the staff won’t let you in. It’s been broken for a year, please fix it.

Positive experience: Very good gym with modern equipment. Gym over two floor , nice spacious functional training area on 2nd floor. Day pass process was complicated. There is no traditional mens or womens change rooms with showers. The is a change room/cubicle.

Fantastic experience: I really like this gym. It's a bit more expensive than some I've been to but it's very well equipped with cardio equipment, free weights and resistance machines. It really has everything you could ask for of a gym. I mostly use the downstairs area, but upstairs you have a large area for functional training, Yoga and a Spin room plus showers and changing rooms. The staff, Ben & Josey are just the best of any gym I've been to. Very friendly and fun; they always make time to chat and help you. Thanks alot guys, it's been a great two months.

Negative experience: Awful gym the staff are terrible except Laura who knows whats shes doing, leaving is a nightmare website says contact branch member then they say email branch so it cost two months extra £70 to leave, door doesn’t work to get in can be standing waiting fir entry 10 mins every time you go definitely head along a diff gym this is awful

Fantastic experience: I love snap fitness everyone is so nice and it’s a really good environment to train . All the staff ( especially Kerry ) are fantastic and the members are all super friendly . The equipment is always working and it’s a very tidy gym . I do feel really at home when I’m there and I’ve been going over a year now . ♥️

Fantastic experience: Just the best gym ever. Staff Classes equipment and no OTT steroid types. Classes are great fun. Get properly fit without it feeling that hard as instructors are time served professionals. Plus the best Manager in the world.

Negative experience: Great facilities, showers not so hot though. Music much too loud sometimes - very annoying. Monthly competitions was quite good fun, until I got accused of cheating rather than being politely told I was doing it wrong? Don't let anybody in through the front door if they cannot get in - you might get fined. One member of staff doesn't accept or want to hear complaints, but rather becoming borderline aggressive. Down to two stars. ⭐⭐, would be only one if it wasn't for Josie and Ben, they are the stars of the place.I must say that in all the gyms I've been a member of for nearly 50 years, this is one of the worst. They seriously need to 'customer train' some staff. They've lost me and I've gone back to North Tyneside Council gyms. Not recommended.

Fantastic experience: Joined the gym again a few months ago and was feeling very unfit but then my gf introduced me to josie the pt in there and she got me on the right path to feeling great again with her fantastic attitude towards the sessions we do and she has also got me doing spin classes aswell which i never thought i would do. Ben and his team make the gym a fantastic place to be in and are always happy to help whenever needed so thankyou to you all.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best gyms I've ever been to. Friendly staff, 24/7 access, lots of extra equipment (resistance bands, TRX, jump rope), state of the art equipment, spacious. It also has a nice down to Earth vibe, is nicely decorated and good air quality in the building which means no funky gym smells - yay.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I've ever joined - the staff are fab, very friendly, professional and brilliant instructors. The gym is really well equipped and well set out - lots of room, and a really comfortable, friendly atmosphere due to all of the staff and also the gym's clientele. It's 24/7, so it's great being able to go there whenever you please. And there are lots of different classes that you can go along to, which are really well delivered and great fun. A most enjoyable experience, I'm so pleased I found out about Snap. Get yourselves along there, you so won't regret it!
