We help people improve their fitness through one to one training, teaching them safe and effective technique so that they don't get injured. We keep them motivated and progress them through a range of various movements that the body can do while improving their performance. Our 30 minute sessions are focused and geared towards pushing our clients to the next level.

Fantastic experience: Kang is an amazing trainer. I’ve been training with Kang for 6months now and he has helped build up my confidence & knowledge around using weights. He is very motivational & friendly and has helped to get me excited about going to the gym instead of my usual gym dread. Kang also tailors my workouts to focus on areas which help to improve my running performance & prevent injury. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Kang is a brilliant trainer and I would highly recommend him! I've been training with Kang for nearly 2 years. I find him knowledgeable, motivating and really good at tailoring sessions to my needs. He has a great understanding of weight training and I've seen a huge improvement in my strength and body tone. Fantastic experience: My husband and I have both been training with Kang for several years now. Sessions are very effective and varied, plus he is very good at tailoring each session to your needs / priorities. He is also friendly, very knowledgeable on technique and has been great at helping me get back into shape (at the right pace) following my pregnancy - would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Kang has not only helped me reach my goals, he has provided excellent advice and kept up to date with me to help me maintain them also. His wealth of knowledge and eye for detail has improved my form and strength with the big barbell lifts as well as helping me avoid injury. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been working out with Kang for several months now and feel great He changes up the workouts every time, which keeps it interesting and motivates without pounding on the pressure. Very willing to adjust workouts to my needs and provides nutritional advice that is easy to follow. Hoping to lose more pounds before the summer and feel confident that I will with Kang!!

Fantastic experience: thanks to Kang, I am more confident with lifting weights. He has customised my workouts towards my specific set of goals and I can feel the burn after each session (which I love). Ever since we have started, he has corrected my posture and now, I am very much aware of how I stand. Kang listens attentively and considers all aspects of my life (work, exercise, sleep, nutrition) to better understand me before giving any advice.

Fantastic experience: I approached Kang 5 months ago with very specific goals in mind. I picked up a thigh muscle injury while running and also developed a right shoulder issue because of long hours working in front of a PC and grabbing the mouse. The physiotherapist I was seeing advised several exercises to make my shoulder blades stronger. I decided to hire a PT to help with getting my shoulder blades stronger and also to strengthen the core. Kang has been excellent helping me with my goals. My shoulder blades are now stronger and I have gradually gotten stronger - I am now able to do full press-ups, have moved to working with 2*8kgs dumbbells and am able to lift 22.5 kgs barbells! Being small and not particularly heavy at 48kgs, I am pleased and surprised with the progress I have made in a few months! Thanks Kang!

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Kang for over a year now participating in HIT 30 minute sessions. I am a 45 year old working mother with two active children that wear me out, but my regular sessions keep my posture, core strength, and commitment going. I can dead lift 70 kg now and can have come to enjoy lifting heavy weights. Yet my upper body looks leaner than when I started without significant weight loss. I am there for the fitness and feel I have built up an endurance and strength to allow me to be an active mother. and having a trainer that modifies a program to my specific needs for the week allows me to keep at it for the long run and avoid injury. Fantastic experience: As an un-fit mother of one. It's been a hard struggle to lose some of the baby weight, lack of time and a busy schedule meant that I found it hard to keep the training consistent. Until I bumped into the guys at W4 Fitness. They're passionate about what they do, it's infectious and I feel amazing after the session. It worked well for me because the 30 min sessions are manageable. We've been doing 2 sessions a week and trainer has just started to increase the intensity, although I get my own back when we do the boxing. It's been really fun and I'm losing weight, but most importantly my bingo wings and saggy butt are firming up! The only team in chiswick you should train with! Thanks guys!
