Fantastic experience: My daughter attends the level 1 free running class. It’s amazing. Much more than what I was expecting, the brilliant way that Otis is with the children is just excellent. My daughter’s confidence rocketed and the team work tasks were great. I’d highly recommend for anyone thinking about it.

Positive experience: Disappointed arrived at 3.15pm, few minutes to fill in a wavier, quick safety briefing, again.. So, the reason for my 3* is, the price has gone up £24 for 2 ten yr olds for 1 hr. They both moaned they wanted 2 hrs, which came to £30. Then, come 5pm, right guys it's time to leave. Now I know it's only 15 mins short of the 2 hrs, but considering the price increase and the fact the place was empty, 4 kids in total for the first hour, then only my 2 for the second 45 mins. You'd think they'd have said "as we're closing at 5pm, you won't get 2 hrs in, just pay for the 1 hr and have the extra time on us, as we're dead " Then, at least I'd have been more inclined to buy the kids slushies etc when we left. But no chance at that crazy price and service, plus considering for £18 I took them for 2 games of laser tag shooting and 2 games of bowling last weekend, this shabby run down place needs to pull its finger out, no wonder it was empty. Save your money and go to the park, then spend £6 a ticket on cinema instead.
Hi Darren this is one of the Directors here at Fluidity - Just reading your review and sorry to hear you feel disappointed, this is one of very few negative reviews in the last 8 years of operating we've had, so would like to understand more and also give a response to your points (but happy to talk again in more detail privately if you would like me to get in contact) Regarding the costs/session timing you highlighted - Our rules/terms and training for our staff were being followed correctly as our operations require. Our main point here is that we start our open sessions on the hour, so the booking for 2 hours would have been from 3pm-5pm as we don't run the open sessions in between (as we start the open sessions at the beginning of the hour slot , so latecomers can't always carry time over to make up for it, but we do try to where appropriate.) Our price has indeed increased in line with the costs required to keep this business in existence, however our membership tiers for regulars and mailing list offers are as cheap as possible to ensure regular attendees get huge discounts for their loyal / regular custom. They are still lower than comparative industry businesses but to keep PAYG options alive here we do need to reflect this in the nature of one off drop in prices. We appreciate that the costs can feel high but we always strive to keep them as low as possible without the cost of additional equipment on top (i.e trampoline parks/ninja warriors with their higher rates and socks on top generally cost more than our open session rates ever have!) I hope you can appreciate that we aren't generally at liberty to be able to always offer extra time for free when customers turn up late, especially if that time almost equates to a whole sessions worth - we are as lenient as possible when we are able too, however our staff were simply following their procedures in their job roles. I wish we were capable of matching corporate prices within industries that are able to give cheaper prices on activities like Bowling and Lasertag, however for such a niche specialist industry (and the only venue of its kind in Wales whilst being one of the largest scales that exist in the UK) and an independent business (run by young and enthusiastic practitioners) - it is not always possible. We will look into your feedback with our management, and run through our procedures to ensure things are above and beyond as our experience usually sits for our customers! - We hope the kids had a great time. Fantastic experience: I go freerunning here doing adults classes and mixed classes I bring my 2 children here aswell for classes and open sessions. I cannot honestly reccomed this place more if I tried the facilities are top notch, well maintained and clean. The staff are just absolutely incredible the knowledge, skill, passion and teaching ability is top level and are soo friendly and welcoming to everyone. Everyone should try this place!

Fantastic experience: Excellent activity for energetic kids and good coffee for accompanying adults. The staff are very friendly and they even do "inclusive" sessions for kids with additional needs.

Fantastic experience: Lots of bars and space to run around. Floor is super comfy to fall.
Positive experience: Not a free runner so not sure how good the facility is, but looked good. We attended the home ed session, kids enjoyed it, but felt like a bit more instructions would of been great.

Fantastic experience: First time to review them but THIRD time to have booked a party at Fluidity Freerun for a joint birthday do for the kids (their 5th, 9th and 11th birthdays) and they all had a fabulous time with the coaches giving a little helping hand here and there but not so structured as to make it feel like a 'lesson'. Best of all, it was so easy and stress free for us parents with the Fluidity team organising the party food from Dominos (pizza and potato wedges) and drinks - just turn up with the cake and you're sorted. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Had my child's joint birthday party in this dirty place, had to clean tables, owner was money grabber more concerned with money than customer service. Tried to go behind us to other family in joint party to add costs. Was told can provide our own food, so we ordered are own pizza, owner not happy, made us feel uncomfortable from minute we walked in until we left, he was very petty!
Hi Carolyn. I'm sorry your party wasn't to satisfaction for you guys this time. Please understand that it does say (several times) across the website that 'no hot food/takeaway' is allowed when self catering a party. Personally I can't think of many places where you can rock up and order your own takeaway. Your group also booked for 24 spaces with only 16 turning up, with no prior warning. This does make a considerable loss of earnings for that time slot, as 8 members of the public would not have been able to book on for those spaces that you reserved with us. We do apologies for you having to clean your own table though, we will look into this and make sure staff members are more vigilant with this in future. Fantastic experience: My youngest son is apart of the Little Ninjas class here & he absolutely loves it. It’s a great space for children to explore new things & experience learning new skills. The class is excellent & very well structured with different things happening every week but also building on skills that have already been learnt. The coaches are really supportive to the children & are always encouraging. They’re friendly & are always happy to help. We love it here so much that we’ve also been to a few & held a birthday party here & cannot fault the team. To entertain 20 young boys for 2 hours is hard enough, but to tire them out as well & order dominoes for them is another level. It’s a great space for youngsters & adults to enjoy & we are so lucky to have this kind of facility here in Cardiff. Well done to all the team at Fluidity you’ve built something great & we’re excited to see this community grow!!

Fantastic experience: Great spacious facility. Lots of different obstacles. Classes are well structured with chance to have one to one advice. Staff are always friendly. Open sessions give plenty of opportunity to experience different areas. We've always had good sessions here.

Fantastic experience: Fluidity has a brilliant parkour gym set up and super friendly staff. It's a great place for active kids to try new moves and work on their agility, balance and .... er.... fluidity.

Fantastic experience: I'm a frequent flyer at fluidity and have to say that from my first outing there 2 years ago all the way through, the guys (both coaches and regulars) have been nothing but supportive and helpful. They are welcoming of all ages and abilities, and there's always something for everyone there. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: It was great fun me and my friends went there for an hour, by the end we were exhausted. The only problem I have about the place is there were too many little kids getting in our way and when i was on the rope swing three kids ran into me.
Fantastic experience: Took my son here for a scout fun activity. He had an excellent time. There's plenty to do in a relatively small space. The floor is sprung at one end and this was a hi5 with all the children. They lived the swing rope, foam pit and getting up high to sit in the sofa in the fat corner. There''s high and low activities for differing abilities. A few blankets are provided to help keep you warm. However a heater is available (which is safely nestled up high on a wall ) which lets out an incredible heat. Hot drink and cold drinks are available. Card payments accepted in exchange for coins for the hot drinks machine.. if like me you don't deal in the coin alot. Fun to be had by all ages here. Parties ate also catered for. Excellent few hours spent here for my son. Thanks

Fantastic experience: We went here in December and it was quite cold inside, so wrap up warm if you are intending to be a spectator! The staff were very friendly and great with the kids. The park is intended to replicate an outdoor street parlour experience and while there are safety measures in place, there is a risk of injury. There is a foam pit, and the floor is sprung, but some kids are always going to get over excited and hurl themselves about too much!

Fantastic experience: Great Freerun accomodation which we visted during our holliday in Wales. We recieved a warm welcome from the guys / coaches working there and our sons (quite experienced freerunners) had a good few hours of training here. The hall is well equiped with various tracks and large jumping floor. Drinks and snacks are available for a reasonable price.Thanks for having us guys and all the luck for you in the future!
