Quay Yoga Studio

Fantastic experience: Been going to classes for a couple of years now. I can feel that I'm a lot stronger physically and mentally thanks to Jodie continued encouragement. Jodie always knows the right level to pitch the class stretching us to improve our skills or letting us relax after gruelling week in at work depending on how we're doing week on week. Definitely would recommend you check out the Studio if you're feeling physically or mentally frazzled and need to strengthen yourself up.

Thank you Jodie for all the precautions you are taking to keep us feeling safe while practicing amazing yoga Quay Yoga is amazing. Calming and beautiful space with a fantastic teacher. I take 2:1 classes with my partner that are tailored to our needs each time. Yoga at a different level. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Quay Yoga Studio is fantastic! It's not a classic yoga studio, it made me feel welcome and comfortable. It has loads of different classes available, from energising hot yoga to relaxing twilight yoga. Would 100% recommend giving a go, as they have a great intro offer for the first month!

Fantastic experience: Whether you are experienced in yoga or trying it for the first time this is a great studio to attend. There is a wide range of classes and styles and their introductory offer allows you to try everything and find which suits you best. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and create an atmosphere that allows you to be completely calm and relaxed. As someone who was new to yoga it was very nice to have that welcoming feel to each class. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: The studio is a really calming enviroment where anyone is made to feel welcome. Wether you are a complete beginner, returning to the mat after a break or a pro, classes suit everyone and the teachers are brilliant. It is easy to book and cancel to suit you and the studio is convieniently located with parking nearby free after 6pm. I started as a complete beginner and been going weekly or more ever since. Desserving of a 10* review if i could!
