Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, great owners, lovely members. Lovely community of people that is well supported by the excellent gym kit they have which is added to regularly. Invite only as the only 1 star review has mentioned but is in place exactly to stop this kind of individual joining and to make sure you fit in and the gym is for you before you join. What a sad little life Jane you live. The 5* reviews show the true nature of this place ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym. Equipment is second to none, (we travel 4 hours to train there) and it’s invite only so it’s not full of drips like the guy who left a 1 star review.

Fantastic experience: Started having pt in The Unit mid January and love every session in there, my pt Jack is brilliant, helped me build my confidence where other gyms were always daunting to me, everyone I’ve come across in there have greeted me and have always been so welcoming, all the equipment, falling in love with the place

Fantastic experience: My home, away from home! Great location, great selection of equipment, great pool of trainers and trainees. Great owners, great music, great atmosphere, there’s not a gym like it in Hereford! I have a free gym membership with my job and yet I still pay a membership fee to train at the Unit! My kind of people!
