Positive experience: Comfortable to go on your own. Apparatus easy to use but on first couple of visits you are looked after. One of the cheaper gyms but this doesn't mean its shabby. Ladies only and no special clothing required.

Emma always polite, and ready to give help and advice if you need it.Great way to keep you fit and exercise the muscles, especially for anyone with a disability who cannot use conventional gyms.
