Fantastic experience: I started at JST in summer 2022, I loved the vibe and everything about it, i soon quit the gym and have been at jst ever since. The coaches and members are so lovely and supportive. You soon get the CrossFit bug and just want to get fitter and stronger!

Fantastic experience: I started coming to JST in Summer 2022 as I’d gotten bored of just going to the gym and doing weightlifting, and I haven’t looked back! It’s such a supportive community, the coaches are all second to none, there’s great variety in the classes, and I can’t believe the positive effect it’s had on both my mental and physical health. Can’t wait to continue!!

Fantastic experience: JST is really friendly gym with a supportive community feel. A regular gym user and runner, I joined JST this summer as a new challenge and I have already gained confidence and skills at a surprising pace. No matter what your goals are or how fit you are, this is a really cool place to train. Everyone is encouraging, the coaching is highly informed and the programming is really smart. I am hooked already. You need to try it!

Fantastic experience: Been at JST since 2019 and have never regretted moving to this gym, top class coaching and never felt more comfortable in a gym! Everyone is at different levels but catered for equally, and you will never leave without having had a good workout and a good laugh too
