Fantastic experience: Very good

Positive experience: I have a gym group membership for another gym and Lowestoft is one of my chosen alternatives. This gym is so clean and fresh - great experience calling in and getting value from my membership

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, really friendly and pleasant staff. It's kept spotless and feels so clean.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, decent equipment, everyone respects one another and no one judges. I thought it'd be important to note that there are 5 toilets and 4 showers (one of these is a disabled shower room + toilet). There's also 2 single cubical changing rooms, so my advice is to arrive at the Gym in your Gym wear in case any of these spaces are occupied. There are however plenty of lockers.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym. Very clean and looked after. It does get busy at times but the app is good to judge when to visit. Best in the area!

Fantastic experience: Exceptional gym with inclusive and welcoming atmosphere, kind staff and clean equipment. Hal the manager has time for everybody and keeps the gym in top condition!

Fantastic experience: Super clean! Super friendly. So convenient not being tied into a 12 month membership like other gyms. Staff always lovely and will help motivate you, James is always up for a chat. Always a good experience when I go.

Fantastic experience: Equipment is plentiful, clean and well maintained. Staff are welcoming, helpful and engaging. Rarely do you have to wait for equipment to become available. The app is useful to see when it's busy. Off-peak memberships are very reasonable, and peak membership is cheaper than most other gyms. There are people doing heavy weights, elderly people looking to remain active, middle aged people looking to get fit. It's a relaxed gym vibe for all different types of people.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start! Hal is by far the most helpful and down to earth person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! Always on hand to help in anyway, going above and beyond to make sure the gym is kept to an immaculate standard! Not to mention the rest of the team, Emily, James and Matt, just to name a few. There is always a great atmosphere and I couldn’t imagine training anywhere else! When I asked to get dumbbells up to 50kg, Hal promised and delivered! Thanks again to the gym group Lowestoft!

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy this gym, least intimidating gym I’ve been to, always clean and tidy and a good atmosphere. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. I signed up and began training with Emily as my personal trainer and has helped build my confidence in the gym and helped me progress a lot.

Fantastic experience: Nice gym! Lovely staff. Members are all ages, shapes and abilities. Makes attending feel comfortable and easy going. Can get your head down and exercise or have a natter if you want to.

Positive experience: Good local gym, atmosphere is always good. App shows when gym is at its busiest times too. The toilets can sometimes not be the cleanest but the cleaners do their best as gym is 24 hours

Fantastic experience: This one is one of the best gyms that I've been with. The place is very clean and tidy, the staff are always very helpful towards all the members and they really make you feel welcomed in the premises. All the personal trainers have a great attitude towards the gym members, especially "James" he seems to be always having great costumer service skills. I would definitely recommend this gym for anyone.

Fantastic experience: 1st thing I notice with any place I go is the cleanliness this place is wicked its always clean. Had a chat with Martin today about improving my self and actually hitting goals. The gym is always welcoming. And the staff are always wicked not really spoke to many people here but emily is always friendly and smiling too so keep it up guys well done

Fantastic experience: I started personal training sessions with Emily Clarke in January and I recommend her so much if you’re looking for a personal trainer. She has made me a more confident person, as I struggled with anxiety and she has helped me achieve my goals. Feels like I’ve known her for years and she always makes my bad days better. So down to earth and understanding. The Gym Group is clean and the equipment is always clean. Haven’t had no issues or worries about going there.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best Gym I’ve ever joined! Staff are all super friendly, and super inclusive. Big or little, young or old, they have time for EVERYONE I couldn’t recommend these guys more highly

Positive experience: A good compact gym. Clean. Good range of equipment. Definitely optimised the space with a mezzanine floor that has individual changing rooms and showers as well as more machines. I was a day pass drop in and found it not busy. But I assume it could get very crowded at certain times. They do not have wipes you can use for equipment which to me is a major misstep in terms of standard gym hygiene expected these days.

I keep having a cold symptoms after the gym , I had a friends twice with me at the gym as a guest and each time she ended ill next day..kindly.. can u please turn the climate a little bit down its so "breezy ". Fantastic motivator, shows you how to achieve your goals, has great knowledge of nutrition. Very well planned training regime and helped me progress with my couple of injuries.
