Fantastic experience: Dropped in while travelling. Community and coach were friendly with a decent warm up and workout. Thanks for having me

Positive experience: Great group of people all working to better themselves and help each other out. There is plenty of equipment from bikes, rowers, ski machines, dumbbells, slam-balls, squat racks etc. The workouts are different each day and the flexibility of classes is great to fit around a busy schedule.

Fantastic experience: Awesome people, awesome facility, welcoming and very helping in specific movements in the workouts. Highly recommend this great community!

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. I was only attending 1 month and never signed up for direct debit but apparently I was charged for 2 more month! Never replied to my emails, phone calls or messages in both Instagram and FB. About the payment. Very big shame as I liked a place

Fantastic experience: Very friendly set of incredibly fit people, has toilet facilities, also food was available on our visit as it was a competition event . Plenty of parking available and easy entry for anyone in a wheelchair. A set of highly motivated fitness guys & gals .

Fantastic experience: I had a great first experience here. Friendly and welcoming. Very inclusive and accommodating and the coach and athletes are really encouraging and enthusiastic which drives you to want to work hard. It was ace!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant place! Everyone makes an effort to make you feel welcome and at ease, especially the instructors. Very clean and impressive facilities. If you are thinking about trying it out I would highly recommend it.
